Incubeta has announced the appointment of Zoe Hall as Managing Director of Adtech Solutions and Lauren Stearley as Director of Programmatic. Before joining Incubeta, Hall was instrumental in launching the largest early-stage investment platform, Antler, where she worked as Director of Marketing. Prior to this, Hall held a senior role at Fifty-Five, where she expanded and led the analytics departments, as the Senior Expertise & Innovation Manager. Stearley joins the company from Starcom where she was the Acquisition Marketing Lead. As well as leading on acquisition, she was responsible for developing and implementing strategy across search, social, and programmatic. Prior to this Stearley gained an understanding of both the buy and sell-side of programmatic media, having worked at MediaMath and Index Exchange.

Citrix has announced the appointment of Pilkku Aasma to the position of vice president, partner sales EMEA. She becomes responsible for strengthening the company’s commitment to its EMEA partners ecosystem and their long-term success and profitability and prioritises expanding the digital workspace skills and capabilities of partners to support remote work and an engaging employee experience. Aasma joins Citrix after two decades in a wide range of multiple markets and leadership positions at Microsoft. Most recently she led the small, medium & corporate segment sales and marketing in Germany. Prior to that she had direct responsibility for Microsoft’s 40,000 partners in Germany and held various sales and operations leadership roles in Western Europe, and Central & Eastern Europe.

Warwickshire-based marketing agency, tmwi, has appointed a new Managing Director, Matt Morgan. In his role as MD, tmwi Ltd, Morgan will lead client services and planning and strategy whilst growing the agency’s team and client base and focusing on product and capabilities development. Morgan has over 20 years’ experience in media, across agencies, broadcast and ad technology. Previously Managing Partner, Head of Product, at Dentsu Aegis Network, he was also Managing Partner, Digital at IPG and worked at ad tech company Blis. Morgan has worked across global brand accounts including Amex, Apple, Sony, Johnson & Johnson, The Economist and Spotify.

On-demand delivery company Glovo has appointed Narek Verdian as Chief Technology Officer. Having spent more than a decade working with established brands including American Express, Expedia and Hotels.com, Verdian will drive Glovo’s ambitious tech strategy, strengthening the user experience of the platform to provide an even better service to its couriers, partners and customers.

Uberall has welcomed Tijs van Santen as its new Chief Customer Officer. Santen joins Uberall after many years building and leading go-to-market teams for high performing technology businesses, including HP, Forrester Research, Impact and Button. At Forrester, in his role as VP Global Sales, Santen led a newly created global sales operation across the US, Europe and Asia for Forrester’s largest and most strategic enterprise accounts. At California-based start-up, Impact, Santen oversaw the transition to a pure SaaS go-to-market strategy in his capacity as Chief Revenue Officer. He helped Impact become the global market leader in performance software by growing the business over 1200% in four years. Similarly, Santen helped mobile commerce platform Button grow 400% during his two years as CRO, prior to joining Uberall.

Real-time digital payment software and solutions ACI Worldwide has announced that Amanda Mickleburgh, product director for Merchant Fraud, has been appointed to the European Advisory Board of the Merchant Risk Council, a global membership organization connecting eCommerce fraud and payments professionals. Mickleburgh brings more than 15 years of experience working in fintech to her current role as product director for ACI’s Secure eCommerce solution. Since joining ACI in 2007, she has held various strategic roles, with a focus on eCommerce fraud prevention. Mickleburgh area of expertise is in leveraging data intelligence for aiding conversion and removing friction from payment flows, helping to create value for ACI’s customers and key stakeholders.

Cytora has announced that Kelly Lyles, former CEO, Client and Country Management at AXA XL, has joined the company’s advisory board. Lyles is a well-known international insurance leader with 35 years’ experience in underwriting and general management in global commercial insurance. She has a track record of building global geographic and distribution functions as well as specific country leadership and underwriting management. Having held senior positions at AXA XL and XL Catlin, Lyles most recently served as CEO, Client and Country Management at the firm. Prior to that, Lyles held the role of Head of Speciality Lines for EMEA at AIG. She joined AIG as an underwriter in 1985 and spent nearly thirty years with the organisation.

Appian has appointmented Denise Vu Broady as Appian’s new Chief Marketing Officer. With more than 24 years of enterprise technology experience, Broady has helped to grow businesses from start-ups and led a complex $10 billion software business unit with over 3,000 products at SAP. She is an exceptional leader and an expert at creating brand loyalty and value for companies. Prior to joining Appian, Broady was the Global COO of the Industry Cloud organisation at SAP, running go-to-market, strategy, marketing, communications, and operations. She was also the CMO/COO at  WorkForce Software in addition to holding various leadership positions at TopTier (a start-up acquired by SAP) and Clarkston Group.

Upstream has welcomed George Serfiotis as its new Chief Financial Officer. Serfiotis already has five years’ experience at Upstream and has been working as Deputy CFO in preparation for the transition. During his five years as the company’s Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, Serfiotis led an international team spanning four countries, demonstrating financial leadership and being instrumental in the group’s planning, financing milestones and investor relations. Before joining Upstream, Serfiotis worked as a consulting manager at PwC, where he successfully governed a portfolio of high-level clients throughout the telecoms, mass retail and financial sectors.

Global affiliate and partner marketing agency, Silverbean, has launched in the US, appointing Vice President North America Sarah Beeskow Blay to oversee US operations in Chicago. The agency has also promoted head of affiliate marketing, Louise James, to Global Associate Director to extend the brand’s delivery model globally. Newly-appointed Vice President, Sarah Beeskow Blay, has extensive experience in the affiliate marketing sector, with previous leadership roles at Awin Global and ShareASale. She will focus on building the agency’s business in the well-established US and Canadian market, as well as helping to hire the right talent and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Global associate director, Louise James, will work closely with Blay and Silverbean’s associate director for Australia, Annabel Grey, to ensure clients have an integrated approach for their global strategy and implementation.

Quortus Ltd has announced the appointment of two new hires as the company expands its presence in the U.S. adding to its Mountain View, California base. Eamonn O’Kane joins Quortus as its new Solution Engineer, while Travis Coffey joins as Regional Sales Executive for North America. Based on the East Coast, O’Kane holds over 20 years’ experience in the wireless telecoms and enterprise software sectors. As Solution Engineer for Quortus, O’Kane will be responsible for translating business challenges into technical solutions. Based in the Pacific Northwest, Coffey also brings over 20 years of experience to Quortus. Coffey is highly knowledgeable in sales, having serviced several global markets during his career. Primarily in the telecoms arena, Coffey has focused on understanding and expanding new markets and establishing new accounts for several organisations, including Smiths Group, Pacific Power Group, and Raycap Inc.

Puzzel has appointed Frederic Laziou as its new CEO. With over two decades of experience across the technology industry, Laziou is tasked with driving forward Puzzel’s international expansion, extending the vendor’s proposition into new regions and industry sectors, as well as building on its position as a recognised challenger in the contact-centre-as-a-service (CCaaS) category. Prior to joining Puzzel, Laziou served as CEO at Tacton Systems AB, transforming the company from a Swedish software vendor with one office in Stockholm, into a global SaaS player with successful operations in Germany, Poland, the US and Japan. He has also held leadership roles at 24 Solutions AB, Capgemini and Altran.    

LAB Group has announced the appointment of Amar Mistry as Group Chief Financial Officer as part of its ongoing growth plans for 2021. Mistry has more than 12 years’ experience working in senior finance roles and brings a wealth of experience in accelerating companies’ growth, raising capital, managing investor relations, strategic business planning and handling mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Mistry joins from the digital communications agency Myriad Global, where he supported the business globally with its continued growth, helped to secure new funding and assisted with the expansion of the executive team throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. He has previously held positions at Vida Care, E2V, Brash Brands and Konica Minolta.

The Access Group has appointed Charles Butterworth as Managing Director of its Access People division. Butterworth is a senior business executive with over 24 years’ experience in the technology, telecommunications and investment banking sectors, including 13 years’ experience at MD and CEO level. In his most recent executive role, Butterworth was managing director, Experian UK & Ireland and EMEA. His responsibilities extended across all the data, analytics and software business of Experian in this region.

Mambu has named Langley Eide as its new Chief Financial Officer. Eide brings more than two decades of experience in key operational, leadership and executive positions at industry-leading software and financial service organisations, including Morgan Stanley, ServiceNow, Alteryx and Kespry. In her capacity as the CFO of Mambu, Eide will oversee all aspects of the finance and legal organisations to drive strategic growth and efficient operational scaling.

Cambridge Broadband Networks Group (CBNG) has announced the appointment of its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) William Webb, as the organization continues to drive forward advances within Fixed Wireless Access (FWA). With more than 30 years of experience, Webb was previously the President of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, becoming the youngest President in a century. In his time within the telecoms industry, he was also Director of Technology Resources at the UK regulator, Ofcom for over seven years and Director of Corporate Strategy at Motorola. Webb will be responsible for leading the company’s technology vision and strategy, defining the future direction of CBNG’s solutions to ensure they meet the challenges that modern connectivity presents.

eCommerce agency Bring Digital have announced a new addition to their senior team. Sophie Regan joins the agency as Account Director, following her recent role as Global Marketing Manager with fitness brand Ultimate Performance. She’s previously worked as Global Media Manager for retail giant Boohoo, as well as spending 4 years with the international agency MediaCom. The addition of Regan follows the recent move to strengthen the leadership team with the appointment of another MediaCom alumnus, Sarah Rostron, to the agency board.
