Impact, the global leader in Partnership Automation, has announced the appointment of seven new members to its Finance, Business Development, Agency and Enterprise Sales teams as it further expands within the EMEA market. Daisy-Blue Tinne, Chloe Bojanowski, Scott Hawkins, Priya Fatania, Diogo Ambrosio, Ana Santos and Francisco Bento are the most recent additions to the Impact EMEA team which has seen significant growth throughout the business.

Nick Waters, the former Dentsu Aegis Network executive, has been named group chief executive of media audit and measurement consultancy Ebiquity. Waters’ appointment, which includes a seat on Ebiquity’s board as an executive director, will begin on 1 July.

Waters fills the role vacated by Michael Karg, a former Razorfish executive who left Ebiquity abruptly in November 2019. Alan Newman, Ebiquity’s interim chief executive, will resume his post as chief financial and operating officer from July. 

ABBYY,a Digital Intelligence company, has appointed industry veteran Robert Youngjohns as Chairman of the Board. In this position Robert will work with the CEO and executive management team to shape ABBYY’s global enterprise growth strategy and execution.Based in Silicon Valley, Robert was previously the Executive Vice President and General Manager of HP Software at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Publicis Groupe has created the new role of global chief marketing officer and promoted Justin Billingsley, currently country chief executive of Germany, Austria and Switzerland, to the post. Billingsley will take on the CMO role alongside his responsibilities as chairman of Publicis Emil and Publicis One Touch, the bespoke global networks for Mercedes-Benz and Nivea respectively.

Alastair Bathgate has become the 29th Member of ScaleUpGroup, following the announcement that he is stepping down as Blue Prism CEO on 30th April.

OpenText™today announced the appointment of Lou Blatt as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer and Prentiss Donohue as Senior Vice President, Partners & Alliances. Lou Blatt has more than 30 years of experience with both SMB and Enterprise software companies, including senior marketing and strategy roles at companies such as Genesys, ACI Payments, Pega Systems and CA.  

Prentiss Donohue joined OpenText in 2016 from Oracle, bringing more than twenty years of experience in a variety of customer and partner facing executive roles. At OpenText, he most recently served as the Senior Vice President, Portfolio Group.

Grabyo has appointed Emily Wilford to join our growing Marketing team. Emily will be working as a Marketing Manager helping Grabyo grow globally. Emily joins from the English Football Association (The FA) where she was a marketing executive working on the Women’s game. 

Following a recent management buyout, Softwire, the London-based digital design, engineering and consulting agency, is delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Thomas as its new Managing Director. As Operations Director since 2012, Thomas has been integral to the management team responsible for a sustained period of profitable growth for the company. He will be supported by the existing management, including outgoing MD Zoe Cunningham, who was not part of the MBO.

The Switch, a platform for the production and global delivery of live video, has announced the appointment of Robert Szabo-Rowe as Senior Vice President Product Management. In this new role, Szabo-Rowe will take the strategic lead in the creation and delivery of products and services across the company’s entire live production and transmission portfolio. He will report directly to Eric Cooney, The Switch’s President/CEO, and work closely with the rest of the company’s senior leadership team.
