Havas Media has hired Manning Gottlieb OMD’s Andrew Darby as managing partner. Darby joins after six years at the Omnicom agency, where he was most recently client business director.

Fast growth technology firm Vapour Cloud has announced its latest appointment – cloud and network engineer Stuart Hodgkinson. He joins the Elland-headquartered team with 11 years’ IT experience, having previously worked as a senior network technician for the NHS at Salford Royal Foundation Trust. In his new role, Hodgkinson will be responsible for the installation of servers, networks and storage across Vapour’s five UK data centres, as well as the day-to-day management of the network infrastructure including switches, firewalls and edge routers.

Pipedrive has announced that Raj Sabhlok, former President of SaaS business application provider Zoho, has joined the company as CEO. Sabhlok succeeds current CEO and co-founder Timo Rein, who has been leading the company since its start ten years ago and will become Pipedrive’s Chairman of the Board. 

The Federation of European Direct and Interactive Marketing (FEDMA) has announced its newly elected leadership team. Chris Combemale, CEO of the DMA UK, and Dr Sachiko Scheuing, European Privacy Officer at Acxiom, have been elected as co-chair of FEDMA. Combemale was elected to his second term as co-chair and Dr Scheuing was elected to her third term as co-chair.

Technical and scientific PR agency Stone Junction has appointed Jasmine Shearan as an account executive. Jasmin is the granddaughter of the late Douglas Max Bryce, a highly praised chemist and naturalist. Shearan comes to the business fresh from an expedition to the Arctic circle and with an ancestral passion for biological and chemical processes.

Gigamon has announced that Doug Woodley has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Woodley most recently served as Vice President of Americas Sales for Gigamon, where he defined and executed the go-to-market strategy that helped establish record revenue momentum for the company. In his new role, Woodley will lead all worldwide sales functions including the Channel and Alliances, Federal, Service Provider and Inside Sales teams, as well as Sales Engineering and Enablement.

Genesys has appointed proven technology marketing executive, Joyce Kim, to the company’s leadership team as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). She succeeds Merijn te Booij, who now serves as General Manager (GM) for the company’s new business unit, Employee Engagement Solutions. Previously, Kim most recently worked as CMO and Chief Digital Officer for Arm, where she helped build a new software as a service (SaaS) business from the ground up and oversaw company-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Technology-enabled home care provider Cera, has appointed experienced brand strategist, Jessica Craker as Director of People, Brand and Culture. Jessica brings over fifteen years’ experience managing integrated brand and customer strategies within corporate challengers, startup and hyper growth companies to her new role at Cera. Previously CMO and Executive Board Director at EdPlace, Jessica has also held key brand roles at Orbitz, Harley-Davidson Motor Company and unicorn Ovo Energy.

Wrike has announced that Chad Bennett has joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer. Bennett is joining Wrike from Alteryx, where he was the SVP of Global Human Resources. During his time there, Bennett scaled the company from 200 to 1,500 employees in 13 countries and helped the company achieve “Best Places to Work” for the past four years.

Additionally, Wrike today announced that Carol Lee is joining the company as Chief Financial Officer. Lee will oversee accounting, financial planning & analysis, and legal, as she joins Wrike from GoodData. 

Baby charity Tommy’s has this month appointed Matt Jerwood as its Head of Digital Engagement. Jerwood brings a wealth of digital marketing and fundraising experience to the newly created role, as well as a passion for third sector work, having spent seven years at Oxfam driving digital income growth and innovating supporter engagement. His earlier career in the commercial world included roles with lastminute.com, Global Radio and Dennis Publishing.

B4Bind SL has appointed industry veteran Andreas Akesson to spearhead its strategic partner Cavai’s expansion into Spanish-speaking regions. Previously, Akesson has held positions at ad tech companies including Criteo, StickyAds (Freewheel), Plista, Madvertise, Adform and Headway Digital.
