Analytic Partners has announced the appointment of Maren Seitz as Head of the DACH region. Seitz will be focusing on accelerating existing and new customer business growth and strengthening the local team in the German-speaking region. Seitz has more than 15 years of experience in measurement technology and services, ten of which she spent in Sydney, Australia, where she worked for leading strategy boutiques and the research company Ipsos, among others. Seitz returned to Germany in 2017 to work as Director Touchpoint Strategy, Global Media Domain, and led a global Touchpoint Management team at Kantar.

Global marketplace services platform Tambo has announced that digital specialist Joe Farley has left iProspect, part of Dentsu International, and joined the company’s growing team. Joe Farley is an E-commerce expert, with a decade’s experience in digital marketing. He was previously E-commerce Product Partner at iProspect and the lead for E-commerce at Dentsu Aegis. Across his career, Farley has also held roles at UK Mail and ClickThrough Marketing, across a number of specialisms, including paid search, SEO, display, affiliate, email and social media marketing.

Scottish headquartered digital specialists 4ICG Group has appointed a new European Operations Director to lead its growth on the continent. Lydia McKinnon has joined to lead the expansion of 4ICG’s team in Malaga as well as the establishment of its new office in Tenerife, which was announced by the company in March. McKinnon joins 4ICG with a wealth of experience in senior operations roles at HP and Kura. She will be based in Malaga initially and will spend time in each location as operations dictate.

MediaKind has announced the appointment of Mark Ramberg as Group Vice President of Products, and Jeff Sherwin, as Executive Vice President, Technology Strategy & Operations. Between them, Ramberg and Sherwin bring over 45 years of experience in the DTC and advertising space, having worked with companies ranging from innovative, early-stage startups to Fortune 100 giants. Ramberg joins MediaKind from Hulu/Disney, one of the world’s largest DTC video services, where he led the product management teams that drove 11 development teams focused on live and VOD content and metadata processing, delivery, and playback engine operations. With over 20 years of leadership experience in software products, technology services, and media businesses, Sherwin brings a deep entrepreneurial background and a rich history of converting ideas and early-stage initiatives into high-growth companies in the video advertising space. Among his most significant career achievements, Sherwin founded and led This Technology, Inc. which pioneered QAM and ABR video switching for advertising and content rights.

Logicalis, an international IT solutions and managed service provider, has announced the promotion of Toby Alcock from his current role as Chief Technology Officer, Logicalis Australia, to the position of Chief Technology Officer for Logicalis Group. With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Alcock joins Group from Logicalis Australia. During his time at Logicalis Australia, Alcock spearheaded the development of local innovations within the Australian market, including the Cloud customer maturity model and Production Ready Cloud.

Sharper Shape has made two new senior hires. Carol Marsh joins as Chief of Staff and Program Manager and Michael Granger comes onboard as Technical Program Manager. Marsh, a qualified mechanical engineer, brings over 35 years of experience that has seen her couple technical knowledge with managerial leadership to advance teams at large corporations and start-ups alike. Starting her career with a 15-year tenure at HP, Marsh has since run divisions across a range of companies, most recently leading a team of over 50 at Sarcos Robotics. Granger, who joins as Technical Program Manager, will be supporting Marsh and the Project Management Office. As well as a PhD in analytical chemistry, he brings over two decades of experience identifying, scoping, and delivering end-to-end products.

Independent creative agency Waste has promoted current Finance Director Justin Davis to the newly created role of Finance and Operations Director. In this expanded role Davis, who joined Waste in 2019, will work directly with the agency’s founders and collaborate closely with its operations team and other departments to achieve operational excellence. Davis has 19 years of experience in finance and operations roles, with a proven track record in facilitating business growth through effective finance management and commercial support. He has previously held positions at Brainlabs, i-Level, AdColony and DigitasLBi (now Digitas), where he was Head of Finance, UK and MENA.

MiQ has announced that Candice Odhams has been named Executive Vice President, Global Clients. Mike Gray has also been appointed Director of Client Partnerships, EMEA, formerly Head of Client Strategy, and Rob Linton is now Commercial Director of MiQ North, formerly Director of Key Accounts. Odhams brings 14 years of experience spearheading business growth and profitability for major advertising technology and media performance companies. Most recently, she was Managing Director at Wavemaker London, where she drove business growth, client leadership, and new business efforts. Over the last three years, Gray has worked closely with clients and agencies to forge strategic relationships with MiQ’s partners. The balance between agency, client, and media partners offers a sweet spot for all involved. Linton has been with MiQ for almost nine years and has played a pivotal role in the growth of its business outside of London. His background in trading also positions him perfectly to offer clients and partners the consultative and technical approach needed to face the new marketing landscape.

By Gamers for Gamers, an online PC gaming and tech publishing house in the heart of Manchester has appointed a new editorial director as part of a major recruitment drive. Dave Woods joins the firm as Content Director working across each of its PC gaming and tech sites WePC.com, eSportsVerdict.com and PCGuide.com. Woods has over two decades of editorial and commercial experience across a wealth of different content brands and platforms. Throughout his career, he has successfully launched, edited and redesigned a large number of specialist and consumer magazines and websites including PC Zone, The Big Issue and PokerPlayer. Woods spent the majority of his 20 plus year career at Dennis Publishing, where he rose to editorial director of the contract division, Dennis Communications.

Xperience, the digital transformation specialist, has appointed Chartered Accountant and former fund manager, Fergus McIlduff as Chief Financial Officer amid plans to expand the business. Prior to joining Xperience in 2021, Fergus was the CFO of Automated Intelligence, a SaaS-based Regtech business with offices in Belfast and London. Before that, he was also a Venture Capital Fund Manager for E-Synergy Limited.
