We Are Social has appointed Pedro Garlaschi as Senior Creative Technologist. Following almost two years at MediaMonks, Garlaschi joins We Are Social’s Creative team, but will work with all the disciplines at the agency, from Design to Strategy. He’ll be a driving force behind We Are Social’s most innovative work, creating ideas worth talking about, and helping clients explore all kinds of spaces – especially the emerging platforms and technologies that are creating impact in culture.

Ad tech company, Adnami, has appointed Jeetesh Luhar as International Sales Director as it readies itself for further expansion across Europe. The hire follows hot on the heels of the appointment of James Upson as Managing Director for UK and NL as the go-to solution for high impact display and video formats doubles down on growth. Luhar will help to bring Adnami’s market-leading solution to more agencies and advertisers looking to buy high impact display and video formats. His extensive digital media background includes a number of years spent working at global brands such as Newsweek, TIME and Fortune, as well as ad tech start-ups such as Inskin Media and Invibes Advertising. Luhar is also heavily involved with the IAA and sits on the Emerging Leaders Committee.

Apester has announced the appointment of Anya Libova as UK Managing Director, hot on the heels of hiring Itay Gissin as CEO. These appointments illustrate Apester’s continued investment and further growth in the EMEA region. Libova will focus on growing the company’s sales, partnerships and operations in the UK; expanding the publisher portfolio as Apester readies itself to welcome a number of other new joiners as it doubles down on growth. Most recently, Libova held a position of a publisher sales director for the UK & Nordics at Taboola, helping publisher clients make the most of the content recommendation engine’s technology to drive revenue, grow engagement and attract new audiences.

Reprise, one of the UK’s largest performance agencies, has announced the appointment of Daniel Williamson as the agency’s Managing Partner, Experience. In his role, Williamson will front all Experience crafts at Reprise and is charged with bolstering its already robust offering to address clients’ evolving challenges for the future. Williamson brings a wealth of digital expertise, having held prominent roles at Digitas, Mindshare and most recently at Starcom. At Reprise, Williamson will drive the continued development of experience crafts, services that constitute a third of Reprise’s revenue and headcount. He will ensure the agency offering adapts to new frontiers of experience services including commerce, eretail alongside ensuring Reprise’s award winning SEO capabilities continue to lead the market.

Cradlepoint, a global leader in cloud-delivered 5G and LTE wireless network edge solutions, has announced the appointment of Steven Winter as Public Sector Regional Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland. The appointment will see Winter galvanise Cradlepoint’s offering in key public sector industries, such as education, healthcare, and local government and empower their wireless journeys. Winter joins Cradlepoint with over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Having previously worked as an acquisition manager for Virgin Media O2, BT and as Sales Manager for Partner Solutions at EE he has experience across all facets of the public sector from central government to local community projects. 

Contentstack, the Content Experience Platform (CXP) category leader and composable architecture pioneer, has announced the hiring of new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Susan Beermann, and new Vice President (VP) of Global Partnerships, Preseetha Pettigrew. This expansion of Contentstack’s leadership team comes just weeks after the company announced its $80 million Series C funding raise that will be used to continue supporting enterprise companies as they adopt composable architectures.
Susan Beermann, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, brings over 25 years of B2B SaaS software experience where she has driven tremendous growth multiple times from start-up through IPO and beyond. Most recently, she served as the CMO at NAVEX, a leading provider of integrated risk and compliance management solutions where she drove global marketing strategies, driving double-digit growth year-over-year. Contentstack’s new VP of Global Partnerships, Pettigrew, is based in London, England, and previously served as the Global VP of Strategic Alliances at Seismic, an industry leader in sales enablement. She brings two decades of partnership and consulting experience from companies such as SAP Ⓡ -owned Callidus Software, Oracle Ⓡ Eloqua, IBM, and Atos Consulting (acquired by KPMG International).

Channel Factory, the global brand suitability platform for YouTube, has announced three key hires within its expanded global leadership team. James Rooney has been announced as Senior Vice President, Global Head of Product. Based in New York, James will be developing a best-in-class product delivery team, tasked with expanding Channel Factory’s footprint into new forms of media. Rooney seeks to deliver complete platforms that drive revenue, whilst maintaining a high level of quality and client service. Rooney joins Channel Factory with 20 years of experience at the intersection of advertising, digital media and technology, including publisher, advertiser, agency, programmatic and ad tech. Most recently, he served as VP Revenue Technologies and VP Advertising Technology at The New York Times. Tanya Kolosova has been announced as Director of Analytics and Data Science. Based in New Jersey, Kolosova will be aiding product development by evolving how Channel Factory looks at data. She previously held positions as SVP and VP roles in data science, research and analytics at the likes of DemandTec, IPG and Nielsen. Kolosova’s expertise lies in the areas of actionable analytics and software development and she has also co-authored three books on machine-learning optimization framework, statistical analysis, and metadata-based applications development with SAS and R, which are cited in university syllabuses globally. David Silva also joins the Channel Factory team as Director of Product Design. Based in Tampa FL, Silva will be leading a team of designers to develop a design system for Channel Factory, streamlining future product design and development. Silva will be bringing with him over 20 years of software engineering experience, gained from various positions at brands including PwC, Google, Cisco and many more. Silva is also an Advisory Board member at the University of South Florida with a passion for process improvement and digital transformation.

UiPath, an enterprise automation software company, has announced the appointment of John Kelleher as Area Vice President for UK&I market. Previously VP of Strategic Accounts for EMEA, Kelleher has been promoted to this role where he can use his UK&I expertise to expand operations and support growth in the market. Kelleher brings a wealth of industry expertise to his new role after more than a decade of UK sales leadership at Salesforce. As Area Vice President at UiPath, Kelleher will lead the UK team in supporting UiPath customers in the region to transition from RPA deployments to enterprise-wide automation strategies, delivered on the UiPath Business Automation platform.

Confluent, Inc., the data streaming platform to set data in motion, has announced the appointment of Richard Jones as Vice President of Enterprise Sales, Northern EMEA. Jones brings 17 years of experience in leadership and regional sales roles at fast-growth technology companies across EMEA. He will use this to spearhead Confluent’s growth in Northern EMEA, with a focus on empowering his team to strengthen relationships with customers and ensure they are maximising opportunities for leveraging data in motion. Jones joins Confluent from Oracle, where he was Vice President of Sales for Utilities in EMEA. Prior to that, Jones held the role of Head of Global Sales for Astute Solutions, a SaaS software provider in the Customer Experience market. Under his leadership, revenues more than tripled, leading to a successful sale of the business.

VCCP London, the challenger agency for challenger brands, welcomes Richard Nott as a new Creative Director. Nott joins VCCP with a wealth of industry experience. His most recent role as Creative Director at Engine involved leading the creative campaign for Eurostar as well as spearheading the creative rebrand of Churchill Insurance, helping them find their ‘Chill’ to reinvigorate the brand. Most notably, however, in a pledge to raise awareness and caution around knife violence and gang crime, Nott led the creative for the award-winning Kiyan Prince Foundation ‘Long Live the Prince’ campaign which inspired the nation to seize life’s boundless opportunity. Approaching what would have been the peak of the player’s football career, the campaign recreated Kiyan as a character in the all-time fan favourite FIFA game. The campaign claimed a multitude of global awards including the Titanium Grand Prix at Cannes, a collection of Yellow and Black Pencils at D&AD, The One Show and British Arrows, Creative Circle’s Gold of Golds, seven Campaign BIG Awards and the DMA Awards Grand Prix. At VCCP, Nott will work across the global Mondelez and Virgin Media O2 accounts and will report into VCCP London Executive Creative Directors, Jonny Parker and Chris Birch.

Xsolla, a global video game commerce company is proud to announce that it has appointed Berkley Egenes as Chief Marketing Officer. Since joining Xsolla in early 2020, Berkley Egenes has contributed significantly to the organization. Before his promotion, Egenes held the position of Vice President of Global Marketing at Xsolla, specializing in game commerce solutions to help Xsolla’s partners reach more players and increase revenue. Egenes has over 22 years of marketing and product integration experience while leading marketing organizations focused on driving engagement and results at the intersection of brands and technology. He has represented blue-chip companies, such as Ghost Gaming, NEXT VR, Alcatel, TCL, VIZIO, Kellogg’s, AB-InBev, NASCAR, IBM, Walmart, and CVS.

TDC PR, a global integrated communications consultancy specialised in serving clients and brands across design, innovation, creative and technology, has announced the appointment of two senior hires to the business. Max Deeley has joined the company as Managing Director, and James Hart as the company’s new Director of Digital. Deeley will work closely with Founder & CEO Tim Duncan to scale the business while taking over responsibility for the day-to-day running of the agency. He joins from Platform Communications and brings 15 years of experience servicing a range of clients across the tech industry to the role. Hart will head up TDC’s new digital practice, upskilling the existing team and developing service capabilities across paid, earned, shared and owned. He joins after 12 years at CAMRON, where he established the digital and creative teams as Head of Digital.
