Elevision enters UK DOOH market with Royal Wharf Partnership

In an exciting move for the UK’s multifamily property landscape and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising industry, Elevision has unveiled a strategic partnership with renowned international property developer Oxley. The landmark collaboration introduces digital lift screens to residential properties for the first time in the UK, appearing in Oxley’s prestigious Royal Wharf development in London. 

With a portfolio of over 50 projects across the world, Oxley is widely regarded a leader in the property industry. The company’s attention to quality and detail is exemplified by Royal Wharf, just a stone’s throw from London City Airport. Completed in 2020, the vast waterfront development boasts 3,385 apartments and townhouses on the north bank of the River Thames, alongside offices, shops, and nearly half of the 40-acre plot devoted to green spaces. 

The deal marks Dubai-based Elevision’s debut in the UK. A pioneer in DOOH media solutions, the company’s in lift premium digital screens and cutting-edge CommConnect platform provides property partners the opportunity to capture residents’ attention in a distraction-free environment, allowing them remote access to create, upload and display important community messages in real-time.

With sustainability a crucial issue for the property sector, Elevision’s Commconnect platform eliminates the need for paper notices, streamlining the entire communication workflow. This innovation significantly reduces the carbon footprint of property managers, transforming what has historically been an inefficient and laborious process into an efficient, eco-friendly practice.
