Wavemaker has announced Nicolas Brézet as the Global Media Lead for its L’Oréal account. Based in Paris, Brézet will be responsible for supporting the growing Wavemaker-L’Oréal relationship, connecting markets, and sharing and scaling best practice across the global and local account teams. He will also be tasked with supporting Wavemaker’s extended ecommerce and search scope with L’Oréal. Brézet joins Wavemaker from Ipsos USA where he was Senior VP and Head of its Behavioural Data Group, winning and leading cutting edge consumer journey activity for major US clients including Google, L’Oréal, GSK and P&G. Prior to this Nicolas spent several years at L’Oréal as CMO Senior Advisor and Chief Digital Officer, as well as held senior marketing roles at publisher Amaury and Unilever.

Leeds-based digital agency, twentysix, has appointed a Head of Marketplaces to lead and grow its offering, as part of the agency’s award-winning performance marketing services. Roger Suggett recently held the position of Global PPC Director for New York agency, The Gate, before returning to the UK as twentysix’s PPC Group Head. Suggett brings 10 years of digital marketing and PPC experience to the newly formed role.

Dataiku has announced the appointment of Natália MacQueen and Rupert Clifford-Brown as Regional Vice Presidents, to be based out of Dataiku’s London headquarters. MacQueen joins Dataiku from Gartner in the U.S. where she most recently led the Invest division in Silicon Valley for the West and Central states, as well as Canada. During her tenure at Gartner, MacQueen was instrumental in doubling the sales team and delivering double-digit growth. Clifford-Brown joins from Automation Anywhere, where he led the UK&I go-to-market teams. Prior to that, he led the go-to-market strategy at ServiceNow, managing strategic execution with UK&I public sector clients.

Cashflows has announced two additions to its leadership team to support its ambitious growth strategy. Ron Shteinberg joins as Senior Director of Product Delivery and Gary Allinson as Head of Product go-to-market for Marketplace, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Payment Facilitators (PayFac). Ron Shteinberg is a highly experienced product delivery leader in financial services having led product and engineering teams at Capitalflow, Wonga and Newable. Gary Allinson is a payments specialist with a passion for developing merchant-led, innovative solutions and payment services. He joins us from Visa where he was responsible for developing product propositions and strategic partnerships, and prior to this worked with Sage, Worldpay and RBS in product solution and GTM roles. 

Ogury has announced the hiring of Christophe Parcot as Chief Operating Officer. Parcot will be responsible for expanding its inventory to new partners and channels whilst scaling and accelerating the organization’s global footprint. Parcot has over 25 years of experience in leading processes and developing successful growth strategies. Previously Parcot worked with adtech company Teads, which sold to Altice, as Chief Operating Officer in 2014 and most recently acted as Chief Revenue Office of Solocal and created consulting company Sixt 5 Partners.

10 Yetis has appointed a new Head of PR and a growing social media team. Sam Summers, who has worked for the agency for 7.5 years and was previously PR Account Director, has stepped into the role of Head of PR to lead the public relations team and its portfolio of clients, as well as driving new business for the agency. The agency has more than doubled the size of its social media team, including the recruitment of Senior Social Media Account Manager Charlotte Spafford, who joined from Bath Rugby. 10 Yetis has plans to further recruit on the PR and design side of the business in the coming months, as the client portfolio grows weekly. Daisy Sawyer, formerly GoCo Group and Seeker Digital, is joining as a PR Account Manager to support the growing client base; whilst Jade Padam, formerly Media & PR Support Officer at the University of Gloucestershire joins as Senior PR Account Executive.

Acoustic has announced the appointment of Roy Jugessur as Vice President, EMEA Sales, responsible for leading sales and customer success in the region. Jugessur joins Acoustic after serving in senior roles at companies including Thunderhead, Selligent Marketing Cloud, and Experian Marketing Services. Jugessur is also based in London.

Praetura has announced the appointment of Ben Davies as Group Marketing Director and kickstarted its search for a video editor and copywriter to join the team. Davies joins from social media agency Social Chain. Prior to joining Social Chain, Davies worked for a variety of innovative and disruptive businesses, including the ‘anti-café’ chain Ziferblat. As Head of Marketing and a founding member of Ziferblat UK, Davies firmly established the business as a place where innovators and those pushing boundaries in their respective industries could come together to collaborate and drive growth.

M&C Saatchi Talk has appointed Board member Alex Michael, in a new role as the agency’s Head of Growth and creative duo, Victoria D’Andrea and Marta Morientes. As Head of Growth, Alex Michael will be responsible for leading the agency’s business development and commercial strategy, joining Head of Strategy & Creative, Will Cooke in driving the agency’s proposition, process, and practice. He joins the agency having previously sat on the leadership team at Golin London, and his extensive sector experience has also seen him lead key client business at VCCP Kin and HeyHuman. With brands spanning finance and insurance through to youth oriented FMCG, previous clients include Dove, Coca-Cola, Danone, Kia, MoreTh>n, Orange, LNER and PG Tips. Clarity has announced the appointment of Holly Hunter, ex-Hotwire and Cytora PR Director of Communications, into the role of Clarity Joint Deputy Managing Director in London. Taking on the role alongside Catriona Biggart, Hunter will sit on the London senior leadership team, bringing her years of both in-house and agency experience to bolster the exceptional London team as Clarity move into the next stage of their growth. The recent growth will also see Liam McLaughlin promoted to the role of VP Client Services Europe to support Rachel Gilley, President EMEA, as Clarity continues their momentum across Europe.

Crown Records Management has appointed Antony Biondi as its first Head of ECM to drive the business forward in the digital transformation space. Biondi has 13 years of experience in the field of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), including 10 years at Process Flows as well as working with vendors including NetDocuments and M-Files Corporation. Now he is tasked with enhancing Crown Records Management’s digital offering and establishing the business as a leader in the field of digital transformation consultancy and solutions.

B2B growth specialists Seeblue Marketing, has appointed Greg Spence as Digital Marketing Manager as it embarks on further expansion this year. Spence will be responsible for building Seeblue’s digital team and creating digital growth strategies for its clients. He will also oversee due diligence assessments for venture capital partners. Spence brings his extensive experience and deep technical expertise in SEO, PPC and digital advertising to the position. Previous roles include Marketing Director for business and industry solutions at Symantec, Product Manager at Dell, Digital Specialist at the Federation of Small Business and Head of Paid Search at Infinity Nation.

European payment service provider, Mollie, has appointed Julien Cordonnier, as its Chief Operations Officer. Cordonnier joins from Uber where he held the position of Head of EMEA Community Operations, while also being a Supervisory Board Member of Uber Payments, and previously served as VP, International Consumer Products at American Express. Cordonnier’s role will be to ensure exceptional customer experience & operations excellence remain at the heart of Mollie’s operations while scaling the business.

Sourcepoint has announced the appointment of Jason Canney to Chief Technology Officer, Julie Rubash to Chief Privacy Counsel, and Jared Hand to Managing Director, North America. Nial Ferguson has also been promoted to Managing Director of UK and Ireland. This series of new hires and promotions follows the appointment of Marc Lauriac as Managing Director of Continental Europe in April. Canney, CTO, brings with him more than 20 years of experience in data, tech and OTT and will be critical in driving the direction of Sourcepoint’s product offering in response to the shifting privacy landscape and driving business objectives. Rubash, Chief Privacy Counsel, has more than 15 years of legal and privacy experience, which will be integral to this foundationally important position at Sourcepoint. In addition to leading on all the legal efforts for Sourcepoint, Rubash will play a pivotal role in helping evolve the company product suite to ensure it is incorporating and adapting to the changing regulatory landscape. Ascending to Managing Director of UK and Ireland, Ferguson will oversee sales and customer success in the region, while Hand joins the company with a strong background in working with agencies and brands in the adtech and martech sectors and will help expand Sourcepoint’s presence across the US and Canada.

Yorkshire-headquartered, construction and rail tech company eviFile has appointed Henry Ropner as its new Non-executive Director. Previously a non-executive director of Masstech, Sohonet, Kallidus and Oka Direct, Henry brings with him a wealth of engineering, software, and private equity experience, having spent over 12 years completing a wide range of MBOs and growth capital deals.
