LTK, the creator-guided shopping platform, has announced the expansion of its executive leadership team with the addition of Jeremy Paterson as General Manager of International. Prior to LTK, Paterson led International teams and operations for a variety of marketplaces and platforms, including Amazon and eBay. Most recently he led international operations for Groupon as well as the fast-growth businesses Voucher Cloud and Giftcloud. Under his leadership, Paterson led efforts to expand into new markets and drive growth. Working with some of the world’s biggest brands and small businesses across the fashion, lifestyle, health and beauty industries, he was responsible for growing customer acquisition, loyalty and retention through the Groupon platforms.
Exclaimer, an email signature solutions provider, announced the expansion of its executive team with three significant C-level hires. The company has appointed Carol Howley as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Joey Humke as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and Jonathan Bartlett as Chief Product Officer (CPO) to execute its long-term vision and drive continued growth. Carol Howley brings more than 15 years of marketing experience to Exclaimer, joining the company as CMO. Previously, she served as Global Marketing Director for Canonical and Global Head of Marketing at Skyscanner, holding roles at each organisation during periods of hyper-growth. Joey Humke joins as CRO from CM Group, where he was Senior VP of Sales. With 20 years of experience generating revenue for a range of companies, Humke will lead Exclaimer through the next stage of its growth journey, building out the team and driving forward its sales and partner strategy. With almost two decades of experience, Jonathan Bartlett joins the company as CPO. He has brought innovative, solution-oriented products and services to market for companies such as Contently, Monetate, and Troops.
TBWA\London has hired acclaimed multi-award-winning producer Melody Sylvester. Joining as Chief Production Officer, Sylvester will work in partnership with Chief Creative Officer Andy Jex and form part of the senior leadership team. With more than 25 years in the creative industry, Sylvester has worked at a wide range of creative agencies and production companies including Mother, Nexus and Ridley Scott Associates. Over that time she has produced for award-winning directors Smith & Foulkes and Shynola. She joins the TBWA team from House 337 (formerly Engine) where as Head of Film, she managed Sky, Warburtons, Money Supermarket, Churchill and Green Flag.
Kantar, the marketing data and analytics company, has announced the appointment of Brenda Tsai to its Board of Directors. Ms Tsai serves as EVP and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at State Street, a leading global Fortune 500 financial services firm, where she is responsible for their global brands, digital and product marketing, thought leadership and media relations. Previously, Ms Tsai served as the CMO of DXC Technology and Bank of New York Mellon and held senior leadership positions at GE and Procter & Gamble.

Personio, Europe’s HR software company for small and mid-sized businesses, has announced that it has appointed Maria Angelidou-Smith, as Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO), a new role that combines leadership for all product, design and technology functions. Angelidou-Smith joins Personio from Meta, where she was a VP of Product and General Manager of Communities, leading and scaling multiple global marketplace such as Facebook Groups, Events, Dating and some foundational products such as Search and Profile. During her time at Meta, Angelidou-Smith also previously served as a VP of Product and Head of Facebook Monetization, launching and scaling novel and highly successful monetisation products and holding accountability for billions of dollars in revenue.

Independent growth marketing agency Space & Time has strengthened its leadership line-up with the promotion of Chris Jones to chief executive officer (CEO) and Heather Connearn to managing director. The changes are effective immediately. Formerly the managing director of Space & Time, Jones steps into the newly-created role of CEO, where he will be responsible for setting the overall vision and future direction for the business as it continues with its ambitious growth plan. Reporting to Jones, Connearn is tasked with driving the business forward, both strategically and commercially. This includes a keen focus on the business’ client experience and operational functions to ensure clients are receiving the best possible service and value. Both Jones and Connearn joined Space & Time in 2010, working their way up through the business to reach senior leadership positions.
London-based creative content agency Contented has appointed its first rostered Director, BAFTA-award nominated Lèmarl Freckleton, as part of its commitment to create a world-class content production offering. Freckleton has already delivered impressive work for the Contented Group, directing a vast array of content, including for The Hundred which saw the event sell out in 24 hours and its socials growing from zero to 154,000 followers and generating 34.3 million views. Upson, who will also join the leadership team at Adnami, will guide the UK business and accelerate growth, whilst overseeing the opening of an office in Amsterdam to oversee the Benelux region. Previously Director of Agency Development EMEA at Taboola; Agency Development Lead at Facebook, now Meta; and Managing Director at Teads, Upson has also worked on the agency side, including, as COO at MediaCom South Africa. Well-versed in accelerating growth and the journey from start-up to scale-up, Upson has an outstanding track record in leadership roles seeing companies through to acquisition or IPO; having also worked with Adnami CEO, Simon Kvist Gaulshøj, at GoViral, before its sale to AOL.
Digitas has appointed Sarah Hackett in a newly created role as Chief Growth Officer. Hackett joins the agency with a wealth of experience in delivering growth through new business, marketing, account development and partnerships, and will be responsible for strategically advancing Digitas’ progress, following a slew of high-profile account wins. Hackett joins from Zone, where she was a Partner heading up its Sales, Marketing and Partnerships department. She was part of the team that led Zone through its acquisition in 2017, and integration into Cognizant. Prior to Zone, Hackett was Head of Marketing and New Business at digital agency Head London, where she worked with clients such as Coca-Cola Enterprises, Tesco, Electrolux and Pearson on various projects from multichannel strategies to responsive design.
