Talent Tracker: Moves from Jungle Creations, Pragma and more

Social-first agency Jungle Creations appointed Caroline Fenner as Executive Director of Publishing Revenues. Reporting to the company’s Chief Publishing Officer, Siobhan McDade, Fenner will lead the commercial growth strategy for Jungle Creations’ publishing division. Fenner will be responsible for accelerating brand partnership and new revenue lines across Jungle Creations’ portfolio of owned media brands, including Twisted, VT and Four Nine. Her remit covers revenue leadership, commercial innovation, partner development and maximising monetisation across social, digital and emerging platforms. Fenner joins from PinkNews, where she served as Chief Revenue Officer. Before that, she was Commercial Director for BuzzFeed UK and EMEA, and spent more than a decade in senior commercial roles at Dennis Publishing. 

Pragma, a suite of modern publishing tools for game studios including FirstLook, has announced the appointment of Ernie Le as VP of Games Business Development. Le brings a remarkable track record across gaming, creator ecosystems and platform growth. He co-founded and served as CCO of FreshCut, a Roblox-focused social video platform that scaled to 2.5 million users and 150,000 creators. Prior to this, he was Collectible Categories Lead at Walmart Marketplace, held senior product roles at Manticore Games and spent over six years at Twitch as Director of Game Publishers and Developer Partnerships. At Pragma, Le will build and strengthen strategic relationships with game studios, publishers, and key ecosystem partners. 

HackerOne, a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), today announced two strategic executive appointments to accelerate the company’s next phase of growth and innovation in the rapidly expanding threat exposure management category. Stephanie Furfaro joins as Chief Revenue Officer and Stacy Leidwinger as Chief Marketing Officer, bringing deep go-to-market expertise to scale HackerOne’s impact across enterprises worldwide. Most recently Furfaro served as General Manager at DigitalOcean, while Leidwinger served as Chief Marketing Officer at Secureworks, where she oversaw all marketing and led the shift from a managed service provider to a software platform company. 

Awaze, Europe’s largest provider of holiday rentals, announces the appointment of Carlie Wittred as Brand Growth Director. Carlie joins from recipe box Gousto, where she was Head of Brand and Communications. During her eight years with the business, she played a central role in building brand awareness and driving commercial growth. Prior to this, Carlie spent five years at global agencies Hill+Knowlton and FleishmanHillard, leading high-impact communication campaigns for global consumer brands.
