Mediahub names Jo Rigby as UK Head of Growth and Marketing

Global media agency Mediahub today announced it has appointed Jo Rigby as Head of Growth & Marketing for its UK operations. In this newly created role, Rigby will lead the agency’s new business, marketing and communications initiatives, reporting to Ross Jenkins, CEO, Mediahub EMEA and APAC.

With extensive industry experience, Rigby began her media career at OMG as Global Head of Insights, with later marketing and new business roles with Vizeum (now Dentsu x) and Publicis Groupe Global.  She was most recently leading agency and publisher sales at Zappi, a creative testing platform. Rigby is also COO of Bloom UK, the networking organisation for women in the communications industry.

The news follows the announcement last month that Mediahub would become part of the IPG Mediabrands global network this year, and caps an extensive period of growth for the IPG agency. Rigby will be based in the agency’s London headquarters.

“Jo is an exceptional talent who lives our challenger ethos and understands clients’ needs and how to drive growth in a complex marketplace. Having grown 65% last year, having Jo on board will help us continue that momentum this year and beyond,” said Jenkins.
