Zenith UK has promoted Sannah Rogers to CEO, in the first of a series of investments in the leadership of the agency as it enters its next chapter. Rogers has presided over significant growth of Zenith UK as the managing director for the past five years and has been instrumental in establishing its unique and thriving culture. She has also been critical to winning the agency’s largest clients and stewarding client growth through its ‘bold moves’ approach.

Rogers’ plan for Zenith is to rapidly evolve the agency’s digital, tech and data capabilities while leveraging the unique assets of Publicis Groupe to unlock new growth for clients.

In 2019, Rogers was promoted to managing director after just over a year as managing partner, a role she took after a two-year stint as business development lead for Publicis Media UK. In this role, she led the business to multiple new account wins. Rogers joined Zenith UK as a graduate in 2001 and has held senior roles across all areas of the agency including investment, digital, planning and business development.
