Talent Tracker: Major moves at Dentsu, OMD USA, Specsavers Canada, Kantar and more

Dentsu has announced that Chrissie Hanson will be taking up the roles of North America Media CEO and Global Brand President of Carat. Hanson is a key industry figure with an extensive track record of leadership and driving growth. She joins the business from OMD USA, where she held the role of CEO, and previously served as Global Chief Strategy Officer, Global Managing Partner, and EMEA Strategy Director at different points in her career. Hanson has also held positions at Mindshare, MediaCom, and Carat. Her leadership has earned industry-wide recognition, including at Ad Age’s US Media Agency of the Year (2025) and Cannes Lions Media Network of the Year (2022, 2024, 2025).

Following the departure of Chrissie Hanson to Dentsu, OMD USA has named Bradley Rogers as its CEO, taking over on 23rd March. Rogers will bring more than 25 years of experience across media, creative services, and digital platforms to the role. He joins the organisation from media company Red Ventures, where he served as president. He has also served in senior roles at MRM and Neo Media World.

Marketing intelligence and analytics company Kantar has appointed David Gompel as its new executive managing director in the UK. Gompel brings more than 25 years of experience in digital transformation, data, and marketing to the role, having joined the business from digital consultancy Valtech, where he led as CEO Europe, and with senior roles at Publicis Groupe across Europe and Asia under his belt. In his new role at Kantar, Gompel’s priority will be in driving client centricity in a changing consumer and market environment, supporting clients to keep on the pulse of the market, drive better ROI decisions, and find new growth opportunities.

Specsavers Canada, Inc. has announced the appointment of Jane Hoban as Managing Director. As Managing Director, Hoban will set the direction for the next phase of growth for Specsavers Canada. Her appointment comes as Specsavers marks five years of operations in Canada, growing from its first location in B.C. to more than 270 stores across nine provinces and one territory. Hoban joins Specsavers Canada from the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) business, where she most recently served as Trading Director. During her seven-year tenure with Specsavers ANZ, she held successive leadership roles including Director of Marketing and Director of Trading Development. Prior to Specsavers, she served as Global Marketing Director at Unilever for T2 Tea. She previously held several other senior leadership roles within Unilever, including Vice President for Global Drug Channel & AS Watson and Customer Marketing Director in Singapore.

Oshri Raz has been appointed VP USA Strategic Alliances at programmatic platform Limelight Inc., where he will continue to grow the company’s fast-emerging footprint in the USA. Raz’s primary focus will be on managing the continued roll-out and take-up of Limelight Inc. programmatic white label tools, while further establishing Limelight Inc. as a primary independent programmatic infrastructure partner across the USA. Raz has extensive experience in the global ad tech and programmatic landscape, having previously held senior business development and commercial leadership roles at EX.CO (formerly Playbuzz) where he played a key part in building and scaling the company’s global publisher monetisation footprint.

Prose on Pixels (POP), Havas’ AI-powered global content-at-scale network, has announced three new hires to senior positions within the organisation. Kate Johnson has stepped into the role of Senior Vice President of Operations, UK, following two years of impactful leadership at the business. Before joining POP, Johnson was Executive Director – Client Services at Hamilton-Brown. Meanwhile, Lani Carstens has been appointed Global Vice President of Client Services, joining the organisation from WPP Production (formerly Hogarth), with prior roles at Dentsu International and Dentsu Creative SA. And following more than five years driving growth at Havas Creative Network, Aimee Healey has joined POP as its Global New Business Director, where she will lead the development of commercial opportunities and champion the evolving role of production in the industry.

Integrated communications and PR agency MikeWorldWide UK has announced the appointment of Dan Goodrich as Vice President as part of its ongoing growth and strategic expansion. Goodrich’s arrival will strengthen the agency’s consumer offering as the team continues to expand both in capability and impact. He brings a wealth of integrated communications experience that encompasses working with major brands including M&S, Ocado, Tripadvisor, Octopus Energy and the FCA, crafting standout brand narratives and delivering high-impact campaigns. Goodrich is one of several new hires made recently as MikeWorldWide UK continues to grow its headcount, which rose by 40% in 2025.

Social, performance and PR agency Agent42, part of the Atoms & Space collective, has appointed Harriet Russell-Vick as Global Head of Creative. Russell-Vick will lead Agent42’s global creative function across EMEA and AMER, setting the creative standard across the agency’s social, PR-led and campaigns in close collaboration with Agent42 Founder and CEO Lauren Tauben and the wider Atoms & Space creative leadership. Russell-Vick joins from TBWA, where she spent more than a decade across TBWA\London and TBWA\Hakuhodo in Japan, most recently serving as Creative Director.

Independent media agency the7stars has appointed Kashif Dalvi as Digital Strategy Partner, a newly-created role to strengthen digital leadership and drive integrated strategy, activation and measurement across client programmes. Dalvi joins from Assembly Global, where he was Head of Strategy, Europe, with prior roles at Total Media and 360i.

Real-time audience intelligence and programmatic tech company AiOO has announced the appointment of Remi Boudard to the dual roles of Global Chief Revenue Officer and General Manager Europe. Boudard will lead AiOO’s global revenue strategy as it scales from Dubai to global markets, whilst overseeing its European operations. He will focus on scaling commercial frameworks, accelerating adoption across DOOH and retail media environments, and building long-term partnerships with media owners, retailers, and brands. Boudard has held senior leadership roles at Microsoft, AppNexus, Equativ, and Displayce, contributing to international expansion, revenue acceleration, and market leadership.

Automotive Insights, a consumer market intelligence company specialising in the automotive industry, has announced three senior appointments. Richard Walker has joined the organisation as Executive Director of Research, Data & Insights, part of the Advisory Board; Needa Khan has joined in the role of Director of Product & Client Services; and Safe Hammad joined the company as a Non-Executive Director, after investing in the company. Walker is a former Executive at Auto Trader with more than 30 years in UK automotive, with expertise spanning data analysis, web analytics, market research, and strategic business development. Khan’s background includes roles at The Insights Family and the LSE Eden Centre, while Hammad co-founded Arctic Shores, a platform for task-based recruitment assessments, and remains an Advisor to the company.

Ben Gulvin has joined audio agency and post-production studio Forever Audio in the role of Senior Engineer. With more than 20 years experience spanning sound design, audio post-production and creative audio for advertising, film and branded content, Gulvin has delivered impactful work for UK and global brands including Guinness, Adidas, Citroën, Bet365 and LEGO as well as work for Academy Award Winner Johnnie Burn. He has worked at some of the industry’s leading studios in senior roles at 750mph and Wave. Gulvin’s appointment follows the recent addition of Warren Hamilton, Founder of Wave, who joined at the start of the year as Studio Partnerships Director; and Tim Sketchley, previously Re-Recording Mixer at Lipsync, who has joined in the role of Sound Engineer / Mixer.

Digital production company hedgehog lab has appointed Malcolm Seagrave as its new CEO to lead its plans to expand across the North of England and Scotland. After an initial 18 months as managing director for hedgehog lab’s UK operations, Malcolm succeeds co-founder and previous CEO Sarat Pediredla, who stepped down at the end of 2025. Seagrave brings with him a strong track record of scaling digital businesses, having grown BJSS from 140 to 1,400 people prior to its sale to CGI; and helped AND Digital grow from 170 to 1,500 as the Head of its Northern function. He has previously held innovation roles at Vodafone and Morrisons.
