Talent Tracker: Waste Creative, Miroma, Workjam

Agency Waste Creative is announcing two senior promotions to bolster its strategy and creative leadership teams, as part of its ongoing commitment to driving creativity, culture and commercial success for entertainment and games brands.

Lead Strategist Kat Brook has been promoted to Strategy Director, and Creative Lead Simon Matthews is stepping into the role of Associate Creative Director.

Miroma’s specialist out-of-home agency, Mx Location, has appointed Susie McAvoy as Managing Director as it embarks on a period of growth.

McAvoy, who previously spent 15 years at IPG’s Rapport, will be responsible for delivering clients unrivalled strategic OOH solutions, service and pricing across five key pillars of Data & Tech, Location, Audience, Attention and Commercial Efficiency.

As Managing Director she will take over the running of the business from the departing Head of UK Operations, James Rodham, taking on responsibility for wider business development and client growth, including the implementation of Mx’s tech and tool strategies.

WorkJam, the digital frontline workplace, today announced it is strengthening its sales leadership team with two new appointments. Will Eadie, who has served as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) since 2020, has been promoted to Chief Strategy Officer. He will be succeeded as CRO by Adobe and SAP sales veteran, Jerry Short. Both Eadie and Short will report directly to WorkJam CEO Steven Kramer.
