Digital agency Organic has appointed Nora Sereg as the agency’s new Digital Project Manager. In her new role, Nora will specifically oversee projects within the Sainsbury’s Group Account following the agency’s recent appointment by Sainsbury’s to oversee the brands’ SEO. She has been tasked with focusing on building the PMO at Organic and embedding project management practices across the wider team. Her key responsibilities will include managing the full project cycle from preparation to delivery, owning client relationships, team management and workload projections. Nora joins Organic after leaving her role as Senior Project Manager at Water Babies Ltd.

London-based games monetisation company Admix has expanded its commercial team with two major hires in the US and EMEA. Michael Silberberg, based in New York, is joining as VP Global Agency Partnerships after 14 years with Google across three continents, notably in London, where he spent five years as the head of global platforms leadership for WPP, Dentsu Aegis and other agencies. In his most recent role, he served as the cross-functional leader across the entire WPP-Google relationship. Other previous responsibilities at Google included ecosystem development in Sub-Saharan Africa as well as leading demand generation in the wake of the DoubleClick acquisition.

Alex Faust is joining as EMEA VP AdSales. He spent five years at Spotify, most recently as global leader of its international ad sales and brand partnerships team. Previously he spent seven years at Microsoft across UK and global roles, most recently as sales leader of their multinational team, at the time part of Microsoft’s Global Accounts and Agency org.

ConnectWise has announced the expansion of its leadership team with three new executive appointments across the information security, growth and engineering departments. Chris Timms joins ConnectWise as EVP of Growth from his former role at ACI Worldwide. Timms leads a newly created growth organisation within ConnectWise focused on creating value for partners through the ConnectWise ecosystem and the larger industry. Timms has 15 years of experience in the technology industry and spent the last seven years at ACI Worldwide, a market-leading payments technology company. At ACI, Timms held several different roles in operations, strategy, and product management.

Tom Greco is promoted from Director of Information Security to Chief Information Security Officer. Greco is responsible for ConnectWise’s overall security strategy, including identifying and implementing security practices, policies and solutions, and driving best practices for infrastructure and application security. Previously, Greco served as Citi’s Senior Vice President and International Group Information Security Officer.

Tony Clancy has been named SVP of Engineering from his previous position at CentralSquare Technologies. Clancy is responsible for working with the global engineering team to deliver on ConnectWise’s cloud platform vision and continued product excellence for partners. Prior to ConnectWise, Clancy served as the VP of development at CentralSquare Technologies.

Twilio has welcomed Deval Patrick, former governor of Massachusetts, to the Twilio Board of Directors. Patrick brings more than 30 years of executive and public sector experience to Twilio as the company strengthens its position as a leading customer engagement platform. Patrick has worked throughout his career in both the public and private sectors to lift others’ voices to be heard and drive change. As Governor of Massachusetts, Patrick oversaw the expansion of affordable health care to more than 98 percent of state residents, launched initiatives stimulating clean energy and biotechnology, won a national Race to the Top education grant, and steered the state out of recession to a 25-year high in employment. Prior to his governorship, Patrick was a senior executive at Texaco and Coca-Cola, where he led significant reforms to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace.

Voneus, the rural community broadband specialist, has announced the appointment of David Smyth as Chief Financial Officer. Smyth joins Voneus with a wealth of valuable experience from telecom companies, most recently as CFO of Gigaclear, the full-fibre rural broadband operator, where he led the Finance, HR, Strategy, Legal, Facilities and PMO teams and facilitated a near doubling in size of the company. Prior to Gigaclear, Smyth sat on the Board of a UK-listed software business and a high growth NASDAQ-listed broadband company operating throughout Russia. This followed a hugely successful 12-year period as Strategy and IR Director at Orange.

Ebiquity plc has announced the appointment of Paul Williamson as Managing Director of its North American business. Williamson brings a stellar track record in global trading, investment, business strategy and growth leadership from Executive roles at Aegis Media/Dentsu where he was President at Amplifi US. Latterly with Publicis, Williamson was Global President of the PM Precision division, scaling a programmatic focused business into 30+ markets over two years. Williamson has also held roles with several agile, entrepreneurial, data driven companies including start up, Standard Media Index and advising audience data activation specialist, Audigent.

Media planning and buying agency Wavemaker UK has appointed Kelly Parker as its new Chief Operating Officer. Parker joins from OMD EMEA, where she was Chief Client Officer. She will also join Wavemaker’s UK Executive Team. Parker has an impressive media career, with stints at MPG, Havas as well as serving in the UK and EMEA businesses at OMD. During that time, she has worked with leading brands such as PepsiCo, Google, Levi’s and McDonald’s. In her new role, she will be responsible for all client business across Wavemaker UK and will report into Paul Hutchison, Chief Executive Officer.

Modo25 has made several new appointments. Emily Hakner has been hired as Associate Director of Product, joining the Modo25 team to help head up their technology platform, BOSCO™. Most recently, Hakner worked as a Client Director at Drivvn and she held the same title previous to that at Summit. Hakner will be working closely with the data science team to help bring the BOSCO™ brand to life and ensure it is marketed and on brand at all times.

Jonny Griffin joins as Junior Marketing Data Analyst, having recently finished a master’s degree in Mathematics. Griffin will also be working closely with the data science team behind Modo25’s technology platform, BOSCO™. Gleb Kolpakov has been appointed as Junior Marketing Data Analyst. Until recently, Kolpakov was working as a self-employed programmer. He now joins the Modo25 team to work alongside Jonny and the data science team.

LogicMonitor has announced the appointment of veteran technology leader Christina Kosmowski as President of the company. Kosmowski joins LogicMonitor after spearheading global customer success and services at publicly traded Slack, where she was instrumental in scaling the business from $90 million in annual revenue to $1 billion in annual revenue. Prior to Slack, Kosmowski spent 15 years at Salesforce, where she oversaw functions including renewals, consulting, support and customer success management and helped the company grow from $20 million to $10 billion.

Lars Lehne has been appointed Group CEO of Incubeta, the independent digital marketing services group. The former SYZYGY AG CEO will be taking over from the founder Alan Lipschitz. Lehne brings with him more than 30 years of industry experience. Prior to SYZYGY he spent seven years at Google as Country Director Agency DACH, paving the way for the tech giant quadrupling revenues in Germany. He has also held various senior management positions in agencies including Maxus, GroupM, Carat and MEC.

Integrated digital marketing agency Numagoo have recently appointed two senior hires into leadership roles to help the agency grow at scale in 2021. David Boal joins as Head of Client Partnerships. He brings a wealth of experience from over a decade spent in recruitment consultancy, operating successfully at senior level within multiple sectors. Boal has built a strong network and a holds a depth of experience managing and growing client accounts, with a particular focus on developing high levels of service, trust and understanding.

Ben Jamieson joins as Ecommerce and Technical Lead. Jamieson joins from StowAg, WildCare and Rhino Interiors – a family owned group of businesses with a shared marketing and ecommerce team. He brings with him impressive expertise in conversion rate optimisation, online merchandising, UX and a crucial understanding of the marketing challenges within SMEs

Nutanix has welcomed Rob Tribe as Vice President, Systems Engineering, for the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region. Promoted from his previous position as Senior Director, Systems Engineering, Tribe will play a strategic role in supporting Nutanix’s expansion in EMEA, whilst assuming overall responsibility for the company’s growing team of systems engineers in the region. Prior to his role at Nutanix, Tribe was one of the earliest VMware employees in EMEA, where his responsibilities covered the channel, end user enterprise accounts and ultimately running the Northern European Channel Systems Engineering teams. Prior to this, Tribe held various roles at EMC, IBM and Sequent Computer Systems.

IP Integration (IPI) has announced two key appointments to its new executive team. Respected industry leader Sat Sanghera joins as Chief Executive Officer, coming to the role with a wealth of experience accumulated during a number of senior leadership positions, including co-owner of DatapointEurope – sold to Sabio in 2017. Over the past year, Sanghera has also worked closely with the team at IPI in an advisory capacity. Andy Scopes joins as Chief Operating Officer. Scopes brings more than 20 years of experience to his new role at IPI. He most recently was the VP of Group Operations at Sabio, previously holding senior management positions at Verint, Datapoint, and Avaya.

Danny Crowe has joined Go Inspire to lead growth in the organisation’s strategic Marketing Performance offering. Following his previous role at JG Travel Group, he has been appointed to the role of Client Strategy Director. Crowe’s 40 years of industry experience is wide-ranging, embracing in-house roles at major financial services, retail and travel brands, as well as agency roles developing clients’ commercial success in IT, travel, DIY, media and e-commerce.
