Sally Laycock has been appointed as the new CEO of Incubeta UK, the independent digital marketing services group. Laycock will succeed Luke Judge, who has headed up the company as US and UK Group CEO for the past 5 years. John Cawdery who was appointed as US CEO in September last year will continue to lead Incubeta in North America.

Incubeta has announced the appointment of Zoe Hall as Managing Director of Adtech Solutions and Lauren Stearley as Director of Programmatic. Before joining Incubeta, Hall was instrumental in launching the largest early-stage investment platform, Antler, where she worked as Director of Marketing.

AML Group has announced the appointment of Philippe Crump as Head of Content. Crump joins from the Omnicom content marketing agency, Specialist, where he led the set-up and operation of global content newsrooms and content marketing programs for brands such as Zurich Insurance, Siemens and SITA For Aircraft.
