Clemmie Telford has been appointed Executive Creative Director at McCann Content Studios. Spearheading creative content, Telford will be based out of McCann Central in the UK working across the agency and broader network to upscale the social and influencer offering and drive innovation for its clients. As ECD, Telford will partner with the global MCS team – led by Monica Tailor and Crystal Malachias, Co-Managing Directors – to continue to drive McCann’s social and influencer creative output across clients, new business, awards and talent, working closely with the senior creative community, led by global CCO, Javier Campopiano.
Global marketing agency Assembly has appointed Ed Auden as Head of Google Marketing Practice and Keith Lavender as Head of Google Marketing Practice Operations, effective immediately. Auden joins Assembly from Incubeta, where he served as Head of Commercial, GMP. Lavender was previously Head of Data Insights at AXA UK. Formerly Creative Director at SocialChain, Thompson the creative team across major brands such as SharkNinja, KFC, The British Army, Holland and Barrett, LinkedIn, Prime Video, H&M, and Arla, winning numerous awards (including a 30 Under 30) and delivering work that commanded attention.
Glasgow creative campaigns agency ALT has installed a commercial sports specialist into a newly-created role of Strategic planner. Mike Murphy, who has an extensive background at the BBC as a senior producer and leader of a number of the Corporation’s participation-led initiatives, joins ALT as the agency gears up for delivering a series of campaigns across UEFA’s suite of competitions, including the UEFA Women’s EURO in Switzerland this summer. Robinson will oversee the strategy and execution of Airship’s global marketing and partnership organization, reporting directly to CEO Brett Caine. Robinson brings over two decades of experience, having previously served as CMO at Reltio, where she led initiatives that doubled the company’s annual recurring revenue (ARR). Robinson’s marketing career includes senior leadership roles at industry leading companies such as Intuit, Citrix, LogMeIn/GoTo, and Imperva.

In her role as CIO, Hoang will focus on advancing next-generation cloud, security, and AI technology initiatives and operations.
