Sky Media has made a series of leadership changes. Priya Dogra has expanded her role to become Chief Advertising, Group Data & New Revenue Officer. Reporting directly to Sky Group CEO Dana Strong, she will focus her time on improving and evolving Sky Media’s business and trading model, integrating the use of new technology, and setting a solid foundation for the business’ future. Rufina Lawani will join as Director of Investment for Manchester on 6 May 2025. Joining from GroupM’s Finecast, Lawani returns having previously worked for the Sky Media team. She will report to Sky Media MD Brett Aumuller until a new Investment Director is recruited. Lynette Kewley joins as Director of Media Partners. Reporting to Aumuller and working closely with Dogra, she will focus on media partner commercial strategy, servicing, and senior executive level relationship management. Pippa Scaife will join the company as Director of Digital Advertising from 1 April 2025. She joins from NBCUniversal, where she currently serves as Vice President, Global Partnerships. Scaife has previously held roles at businesses including CNN, Sony, and Spotify.
Independent creative agency Joan London has announced the expansion of its senior team with the appointment of Flora Joll as Strategy Director and the promotion of Graeme Hall to Group Creative Director. Joll joins with more than a decade of experience in the marketing and advertising industry, having working at agencies including Creature, Leo Burnett, and Mullen Lowe. Reporting to Managing Director Tom Ghiden, she will be responsible for the eBay UK account, as well as strategic lead in the Joan London management team. Hall has worked as Creative Director at Joan London since June 2024, bringing more than two decades of experience within agencies including DDB & Revolt and in-house at Google Labs. Reporting to Executive Creative Director Kirsty Hathaway, he will be a core part of the Joan London management team, as well as being responsible for leading the creative work for the eBay UK account and working closely with Joan Creative in New York.
Neverland, an independent creative agency, has promoted Laura Kinzett from Strategy Director to Head of Strategy. Kinzett has been with Neverland since the start of 2022 and has played a key role in the strategic thinking across clients such as Age UK, Kopparberg, Giffgaff, and what3words. She will continue to work across Neverland’s key accounts and will focus on broadening the breadth of the agency’s strategic and creative output, as well as focusing on the development and pastoral care of the strategy team.
Data company Precisely has promoted Joel Chaplin to Chief Information Officer and Dave Shuman to Chief Data Officer. Both internal promotions follow the retirement of Amy O’Connor, former Chief Data and Information Officer. Chaplin will report to Chief Financial Officer Jason Smith, while Shuman will report to Chaplin. Chaplin will lead global IT and data analytics teams, focusing on scaling operations and supporting the company’s growth. He joined Precisely in 2021 through the acquisition of Winshuttle, which is now part of Precisely Automate. His experience includes executive roles at Nuance Communications, Varolii, Virtuoso, Motricity, and InfoSpace. Shuman will oversee data governance, modelling, and analytics. Before joining Precisely, he led the Connected Industries & Smart Cities group at Cloudera.
