Ellie Edwards-Scott, Co-Founder, The Advisory Collective provides a recap of the Digital Leading Ladies lunch that took place last week…
As the digital and media industries continue to evolve at pace, one thing remains constant: the importance of strong, supportive, and visible female networks.
That’s why I’m so proud to see how the Digital Leading Ladies (DLL) Cannes Lunch continues to grow, thrive, and bring women together – not just for connection, but for real conversations, shared experiences, and collective progress.
What started as an intimate gathering at Cannes Lions in 2017 has blossomed into a must-attend moment during Cannes – a space where senior women across media, marketing, and tech can step away from the noise, reflect, recharge, and uplift one another.
It’s a reminder that representation, visibility, and community matter – and that when women champion each other, powerful things happen.
This year as well as welcoming 85 women at a wonderful harbourside restaurant in Cannes, we will be hosting a Summer lunch for 100 women on 9th July at the Oxo Tower and for the first time extending the invitation beyond DLL to other female colleagues in the industry. We will also be unveiling our new proposition – DLL Next for the upcoming voices in the industry.
Finally, we’ll be rounding off the year with our annual Christmas lunch.
Here’s to continued growth, new voices, and stronger networks. And thank you to all the brilliant women who make DLL what it is.
I’m proud to sit alongside my co-founders Julia Linehan, Lisa Goodchild, Lisa Menaldo, Maria Cadbury, Melina Jacavou, Tamara Littleton and Victoria Usher.
