Bluestripe Group, publisher of New Digital Age and Retail Media Age, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rebecca Sentance to the role of Editorial and Content Director. In her new position, she will be leading the strategic direction of Retail Media Age as its Editor, while also having close involvement with and reporting for New Digital Age.
Sentance joins the company from Econsultancy, where she held first the role of Deputy Editor and then Editorial Lead, co-leading editorial strategy and editing and publishing articles with a particular focus on ecommerce, search and discovery (including the emergence of generative engine optimisation), user experience, and digital transformation.
She brings with her a decade of experience as a journalist in the B2B digital marketing sphere. Prior to Econsultancy, Sentance wrote for and edited Search Engine Watch and ClickZ, and has contributed editorial to publications such as Marketing Week and WhatUsersDo (later UserZoom).
Justin Pearse, Chief Content Offer at Bluestripe Group, said: “We are incredibly excited about Rebecca joining the Bluestripe team and taking the position of Editor of Retail Media Age. Her background and experience are exactly what we need to help power the next stage of our growth.”
“I’m delighted to be moving into the role of Editorial and Content Director at Bluestripe Group and in particular, leading a dynamic publication like Retail Media Age during what is a very exciting time for the space,” said Rebecca Sentance. “I have long enjoyed being part of the world of digital marketing, keeping pace with and analysing its changes as they happen, and I couldn’t be more pleased to now be doing so as part of the excellent team at Bluestripe Group.
“I am greatly looking forward to what’s next!”
