59A Expands US Market Presence with two key hires

59A, the UK-based advertising technology firm specialising in custom algorithmic solutions, today announced a major escalation of its North American operations. Industry veterans Jon Nash and Danny Moggs join the firm to spearhead a new permanent hub in Venice Beach, California, bringing “in-market” expertise to the company’s expanding US portfolio.

While 59A has maintained a presence in the United States for three years, this leadership appointment marks a strategic pivot toward aggressive growth. The firm’s proprietary technology aims to shift the balance of power from massive ad platforms back to brand owners by replacing “black-box” defaults with customised, campaign-specific algorithms.

Jon Nash, who steps into the role of US CEO, said, “I’m honoured to step into the role of US CEO at 59A. It’s a company I know well and have admired since its launch. The opportunity to bring this level of intelligence and transparency to the US market is incredibly exciting. 59A’s platform sits at the forefront of the marketing landscape, with a unique data strategy capability transforming how planning, performance, and outcomes are delivered.”

Joining Nash is Danny Moggs, appointed as SVP of Sales. Moggs brings 15+ years of AdTech experience, having previously held senior leadership roles at Yahoo and Teads.

Adam Ray, Founder and CEO of 59A, commented: “We believe we’ve got unique, world-class tech, and there’s no better place to prove that than in the world’s biggest and most sophisticated ad market. Jon and Danny are the perfect ambassadors for 59A to expand our presence.”

Wayne Blodwell, Global SVP Programmatic at Stagwell, noted: “59A has built a solid foundation in Europe. I’m impressed with their capabilities and vision; excited to see what lies ahead for them.”
