Zuzanna Gierlinska partners with Bluestripe Group to launch panel training initiative

Bluestripe Group, the owner of NDA, has partnered with industry veteran Zuzanna Gierlinska to launch a training course aimed at supercharging industry panels.

The announcement comes as the group launches Bluestripe Training, a portfolio of courses laser-targeted at the needs of the digital media and marketing industry.

Zuzanna Gierlinska takes on the position of Partner at Bluestripe Group to help drive its Panel Power course, which will enable employees at companies ranging from adtech firms to agencies to publishers become more effective, engaging panellists and their respective employers generate higher ROI from their panel appearances. 

She has over 20 years’ experience leading major brands including Microsoft, Spotify, Oracle, WPP, and MiQ.

The course also aims to increase diversity on industry panels, a core mission of both Bluestripe Group and NDA.

Panel Power will feature bespoke courses for both panellists and moderators and will focus on helping companies boost real ROI from their engagement with panels. 

Gierlinska said: “Panels remain one of the most powerful yet underused tools in marketing. With the right training, confidence, and authenticity, they can transform not only how brands are perceived but how they perform.

Panel Power will feature both theory and practical training based on a huge wealth of real-world experience.

The news of Gierlinska comes as Bluestripe Group officially launches Bluestripe Training, its division of courses focused directly on the needs of the industry.
