Pearce joins Ad Signal with more than two decades of experience in media technology and commercial strategy, spanning expertise in software engineering, R&D and global go-to-market leadership. He will focus on building out a global channel and technical partner network, strengthening ecosystem integrations and aligning sales and marketing to support expansion across Europe and the US.
Event production agency Experience has announced the appointment of Felix Manibhandu as 3D Designer. With a background in architecture and visual effects, he has worked with major brands including Red Bull, Ubisoft, Bandai Namco and Warner Brothers. Felix was appointed to meet growing client demand for high-quality 3D design and immersive brand experiences. In his new role, Manibhandu will add a new layer to Experience’s 3D design work across brand activations and events. He will focus on spatial design, technical drawings, rendering, creating concepts and visual storytelling. His remit is to push creative boundaries while delivering projects that stay ahead of trends and connect with audiences and clients.
Audion, a European specialist in digital audio advertising and monetisation technologies, has announced the appointments of Emiliano Grassi as sales director Italy and Margaux David as sales manager France. The newly created roles reinforce Audion’s commitment to building strong local expertise in key markets as it develops its growth plans for Europe. Grassi brings more than 20 years of experience in media and advertising, spanning both traditional and digital ecosystems. A graduate of the State University of Milan, Grassi began his career at Viacom, playing a pivotal role in the launch of MTV Advertising. He went on to lead sales teams at RCS Mediagroup before joining Amazon Ads in 2015, where he held senior commercial positions and helped develop one of the first retail media propositions in the country. Margaux David has over a decade of experience in digital media and advertising, with in-depth expertise in integrated media strategies and performance marketing.
Battenhall, a global social media agency, has promoted Rhian Robinson to Managing Director, UK, EMEA & Asia-Pacific (APAC), expanding her existing leadership remit beyond the UK and EMEA. Battenhall’s expansion in APAC, and the elevated role of Robinson, will involve the creation of a new regional hub in Singapore and the creation of jobs in social media consulting, creative and client management. TrafficGuard, a platform for digital ad verification and fraud prevention, has appointed Miguel Lopes as Chief Product Officer. Lopes will oversee the development of solutions that protect advertising spend, accelerate support for new channels, and drive the launch of innovative products. He brings over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, including Synacor, Syniverse, Dialogic, Cataleya, and Visionable Global. This appointment comes after parent company, Adveritas, raised $8.5m in a straight placement to leading Australian institutions to fuel a USA expansion. Lopes will support TrafficGuard’s strategic focus on emerging Large Language Model (LLM) environments, ensuring the platform is well positioned to manage ad exposure and fraud risks as monetisation opportunities evolve. He will also accelerate channel integrations to expand TrafficGuard’s coverage – unlocking access to a broader addressable market and enabling cross-sell opportunities.
Enero Group, a global group of marketing and technology agencies, has announced the promotion of Ian Ball to Group CEO, effective from July 2nd, 2025. Ball, who joined the business as Chief Operating Officer in early 2025, steps into the CEO role following a period of strong operational leadership and strategic progress across the Group. Since joining, he has led a number of significant initiatives, including the successful refinancing of the business, the restructuring and sale of OBMedia, and key senior appointments across Enero’s agency portfolio. He has also played a central role in the development of Enero’s FY26 growth plan, introduced a renewed focus on operational excellence, and identified opportunities for greater value creation across the Group. More recently, Ian led the sale of OBMedia and the development of a plan to reposition Enero as a focused three-agency business, built around Hotwire Global, Orchard and BMF.

Global digital product consultancy hedgehog lab has announced that BGF’s Becky Odam has joined its Board as Investor Director. Odam is an experienced investment professional who has worked internationally with PwC’s Deal Team, including roles across Leeds, London, and Dubai. She currently serves on several boards across the BGF portfolio, supporting management teams with strategic guidance and value creation. AI and data analytics company Alteryx has appointed Arvind Krishnan as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With over 25 years of experience leading global engineering organizations and delivering scalable SaaS innovations, Krishnan will spearhead the company’s technical vision and execution across its strategic pillars, including the recently announced Alteryx One platform, its AI Data Clearinghouse solution, and its deepened initiatives across cloud data platforms. Krishnan will lead Alteryx’s global engineering team, driving product velocity, platform reliability, and operational excellence. His appointment comes as Alteryx expands its platform capabilities to deliver seamless integration across cloud ecosystems, enable trusted enterprise-wide AI, and deliver secure, governed analytics at scale. Sid Lee Sport has announced the appointment of Tom Ramsden as its U.S. Managing Director, a newly created role underpinning the agency’s strategic growth objectives in the region. Ramsden has over 20 years of experience in driving growth and transforming businesses from the ground up. He moves from his position as President of Sid Lee North America – which he has held for the past two-and-a-half years – to lead and expand the group’s global sport practice in the U.S., working closely with Sid Lee Sport’s Global CEO, Stephen Hall. Prior to joining Sid Lee as Executive Strategy Director in August 2021, Ramsden spent over a decade with adidas in roles that included Senior Director Global Brand Marketing for Soccer and Senior Director, Brand Communications – North America, based in Portland.
