One of Birmingham’s fastest growing digital agencies has made two senior appointments as it plans to break the £1m revenue barrier for the first time in its five-year history. Pull the Pin (PTP), which was founded by marketing expert Sam Hufton in 2021, has promoted Prenam Gill and Jack Boulter to its leadership team, recognising the two industry professionals for their commitment to the business and their outstanding performance. The Head of Client Servicing and Head of Growth & Digital Strategy respectively will be charged with ensuring the agency increases fees from £950,000 in 2025 to £1.4m by the end of this year. They will also be responsible for rolling-out the agency’s expansive AI offering and ensuring that clients benefit fully from its integrated marketing and sales functions.

During his time at Langland, Morley has helped shape some of the agency’s most celebrated ideas, earning multiple Cannes Lions – including two Golds and two Agency of the Year accolades.

Pulse Advertising has appointed Paola Nannelli as Chief Executive Officer, as the agency accelerates growth across the UK and US and doubles down on its position at the forefront of social commerce. Nannelli succeeds Chris Kastenholz and Lara Daniel, who co-founded Pulse Advertising in 2014 and will remain shareholders in the business, continuing to support its strategic direction. Pulse Advertising remains fully independent and is not backed by outside investors.  Nannelli joined Pulse Advertising in 2019, initially building the agency’s Italian operations before going on to lead global sales as Chief Sales Officer. During her tenure, she has significantly expanded Pulse Advertising’s client roster and strengthened senior relationships with platform partners.

His promotion reflects the outstanding creative leadership he’s shown in his time at the agency and the impact he’s had for key clients.
