Global creative micro-network Iris has appointed Charlotte Bruton as Director of Innovation, AI and Technology, as part of its continued investment in senior talent and innovation excellence. The newly created role unites the agency’s innovation and technology functions under one leader, designed to accelerate Iris’ creative and technical capabilities. A leading futurist and business strategist, Bruton specialises in the impact emerging technologies such as AI, AR and VR are having on communications and business. Bruton joins from Clemenger BBDO / CHE Proximity Australia, where she was Technology & Innovation Director, leading AI and machine-learning integration for global clients including Samsung, Nutricia and Virgin Velocity.
Future, the specialist media company, has appointed Michael Peralta as its new Chief Revenue Officer. Returning to the Group in this key leadership role, Peralta will oversee Future’s global commercial organisation spanning a vast portfolio of specialist media brands comprising B2C and B2B. Peralta, an experienced global media and technology executive, will join the Executive Leadership Team on 3 December 2025, reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Kevin Li Ying. This strategic appointment comes as Future accelerates its focus on harnessing the power of AI, first-party data, and Retail Media Networks (RMN) to deliver greater value and future-ready solutions for its partners. Peralta brings a wealth of relevant experience to the CRO role at Future. Most recently, he served as Vice President and General Manager of T-Mobile Advertising Solutions, where he helped establish and scale the company’s omnichannel advertising business.
Independent performance media agency ROAST has appointed Gauthier Rochas as its new Head of Data & Measurement. Rochas joins from RAPP (Omnicom), where he held the role of Data Analytics Director. Reporting to Managing Partner, John Barham, Rochas will lead ROAST’s Data, Analytics and Measurement division, tasked with developing new frameworks to demonstrate the incremental value of the agency’s work and strengthen trust in media performance through transparency and insight. Starting his career as a biochemistry engineer, he went on to data, analytics and marketing roles at Procter & Gamble, British American Tobacco and Lloyd’s Register, where he specialised in evaluating the impact of marketing activity on business performance. Following this, Rochas moved agency-side, taking senior roles at Essence (WPP), M&C Saatchi Performance, and RAPP (Omnicom). Across these positions, Rochas deepened his expertise in media measurement, incrementality testing and marketing mix modelling.
Pinterest has announced two key leadership updates in Europe. Beth Horn has been appointed VP of Southern Europe, UK & Ireland (SEUKI), responsible for the UK, Ireland, France, Italy, & Spain and Caroline Orange-Northey takes up the post of UK and Ireland Managing Director. Europe presents a tremendous growth opportunity for Pinterest. European revenue has surged 41% and international users now represent 83% of Pinterest’s global user base (Q3 earnings 2025). Beth and Caroline’s promotions further strengthen a global leadership team that is over 50% female and reinforces Pinterest’s commitment to international expansion. Horn steps up from her previous position as UK Managing Director and will now oversee five markets. Orange-Northey, formerly UK Director of Retail will now lead the UK business. During their time with Pinterest they have worked with many high profile brands including John Lewis, DFS and ASOS. Both will be based in London and report to Cecile van Steenberge, VP of International.

At Fuse, Bailey will lead a client republic within the Rights Consultancy division, overseeing a portfolio of high-value accounts and driving strategic guidance, commercial leadership and operational excellence. Kantar, the world’s leading marketing insights and analytics company, has appointed Kristi Rogers to the newly created role of President, Global Solutions, reporting to Kantar Chief Executive Officer, Paul Zwillenberg.
