Marketing data and analytics company Kantar has appointed Alvin Bowles as Chief Client Officer and Ty Ahmad-Taylor as Chief Product Officer. Bowles was most recently Vice President of Meta’s Global Business Group in the Americas, where he led client engagement, advertising sales, and strategy. He began his career at JP Morgan before transitioning into senior business development and integrated marketing roles at Viacom and Time Warner. Prior to Meta, Bowles was CEO of Grab Media. Ahmad-Taylor was most recently Vice President of Product Growth at Snap, where he led the marketing science, product marketing, and solutions engineering teams. Prior to Snap, he spent five years at Meta as Vice President of Product Marketing. He also served as CEO and President of THX, with his career also including leadership roles at Samsung, Viacom, Comcast, and The New York Times, where he began as a journalist.
Social and influencer agency Jungle Creations has promoted Siobhan McDade from Managing Director to Chief Publishing Officer. Reporting to CEO Melissa Chapman, McDade will scale the media division and sharpen its audience-led focus. She’ll lead publishing and commercial innovation across Jungle brands including Twisted, VT, Four Nine, and Level Fitness. Since joining the company in 2019 as Partnerships Manager and then Commercial Strategy Lead, McDade has led global partnerships with clients including Disney, PepsiCo, Heineken, and Kraft Heinz. Before Jungle, she held roles at The Guardian and Not Actual Size.
Havas has announced the appointment of Bertille Toledano, CEO of BETC, as President of Havas Creative Network, and CEO of Havas Creative Middle East. Toledano will continue in her role as CEO of BETC. As part of her role in the Middle East, she will oversee all creative, PR, CX, production, and event activities across the region, with the Havas Creative Middle East agencies renamed BETC Middle East.
Social-first agency Billion Dollar Boy has named Charlie Hurrell as its first UK Managing Director. Hurrell has previously held leadership roles House 337 (formerly Engine), Pablo, Dentsu and, MullenLowe. She has been responsible for client partnerships for brands including Unilever, Sony, McCain, HM Government, American Express, Santander, Honda, Marie Curie, Sky, and M&S. Most recently, Hurrell served as Chief Client Officer at House 337.
Reward, a customer engagement and commerce media platform, has appointed Ted Stone as Insight Sales Director. Stone joins Reward from research technology business Cint, where he led commercial teams focused on brand advertising effectiveness and data connectivity across the media ecosystem. Prior to that, he held roles at Capita. Stone will be focused on expanding Reward’s global Intelligence footprint – driving adoption of its insight products and growing strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and technology partners.
Creator marketing agency Influencer has made two additions to its senior leadership team. Emily Eldridge joins as Director of Commerce, and Anastasia Evans joins as VP of Growth. Over the past four years, Evans has held several leadership roles at TikTok, initially overseeing commercial and creator partnerships across Europe, and later leading the Creative Solutions function across multiple markets, while sitting on commercial leadership teams across the region. Before TikTok, she was an early hire at Whalar, and later co-founded a venture-backed creator platform. At Influencer, Evans will lead new business, market expansion, and revenue innovation, with a focus on building scalable solutions and opening up new commercial pathways for the agency. Eldridge, also formerly of TikTok, previously led the UK top creator team for TikTok Shop, overseeing the platform’s highest-performing affiliates, influencers, celebrities, and publishers. She also designed and scaled TikTok Shop UK’s creator onboarding programme, and helped match creators with brands including The Hut Group, L’Oréal, SharkNinja, and Asos. Prior to that, she held senior digital and social roles at Flannels and Cos. At Influencer, she will lead the commerce and affiliate offering.
Media quality measurement company Adelaide has added Peter Naylor to its Board of Advisors. Naylor most recently served as VP of Global Advertising Sales at Netflix, where he built the company’s ad-supported business, leading a 400-person global sales organisation. During his tenure, he launched new ad formats, oversaw Netflix’s Upfronts, assembled the company’s first client council to inform go-to-market strategy, and established partnerships with measurement firms, including Nielsen and DoubleVerify. Before Netflix, Naylor served as VP of Sales, America at Snap and, earlier, spent six years as SVP of Advertising Sales at Hulu.
Yext, a brand visibility platform, has appointed Wendi Sturgis to the role of Senior Vice President International, responsible for the company’s strategy and growth outside North America, with a strong focus on EMEA. Sturgis’ career spans senior roles at Yahoo!, Oracle, and Gartner. She previously served as CEO of Cleverbridge, where she led an ambitious growth strategy and partner programme. Notably, she previously served as CEO of Yext Europe and held several executive roles as part of the company’s early leadership team.
Arcade, the management company behind The Sidemen, has announced the appointment of Pete Cory as Chairman. Most recently serving as Managing Director for YouTube’s EMEA Partner Development division, Cory brings more than 35 years of experience at the intersection of media, advertising, and technology. He started his career in the ad world, working for agencies including Dentsu and Universal McCann, before joining Google for an 18-year stint where he led agency and advertiser sales teams. As Chairman, he will lead Arcade in expanding the depth and breadth of its agency and brand partnerships, working alongside its existing leadership team of Jordan Schwarzenberger and Sam Uwins.
Ecommerce agency Visualsoft has announced the appointment of Lucy Dixon as Chief Financial Officer. Dixon joined Visualsoft six years ago from KPMG, where she trained and qualified as a chartered accountant before moving into industry. Since then, she has played an integral role in the company’s evolution from a proprietary ecommerce platform to a Shopify-focused agency model.
Oli Cooper has been appointed Co-Chief Executive Officer of newly rebranded media agency Unfinished, joining Founder Chris Bunyan at the helm. Cooper brings with him over two decades of industry leadership, having spent the last 13 years at MG OMD, most recently as Client Lead and Board Director. His career began at Mediacom (now EssenceMediacom) where he rose to Director-level roles, shaping media strategies for brands such as Apple and Sony.
Azerion, an omnichannel advertising platform, has expanded its UK commercial team with three new hires. Joining from Publicis Media as Senior Client Success Manager, Aurelie Mosengo Ipaon will focus on campaign management to further strengthen Azerion’s partnerships with key clients. Natasha Rabinowitz takes on the role of Senior Sales Manager. Arriving from Gumtree, she will be responsible for maintaining and developing agency relationships with Publicis Groupe companies, Zenith UK and Starcom. Joining from JCDecaux, Sales Manager Olivia Coxon will work across Azerion’s OMD and PHD agency accounts, helping to strengthen and grow these key relationships.
Manchester-based digital agency PushOn has announced three senior hires. Phil Page joins as Senior Developer and DevOps Manager, Rob Bamber as Senior Back End Developer, and Rob Aimes as Front End Developer. Page joins with over 18 years of experience in web development, infrastructure, and DevOps, with previous roles at Fisheye and Youwe. At PushOn, he will work across all clients, driving collaboration between development and operations to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient ecommerce platforms. Bamber, who has over 20 years’ experience in web and ecommerce development, will focus on delivering back-end solutions for PushOn’s clients, while mentoring colleagues and helping to strengthen the agency’s technical foundations and innovation. Aimes, arriving with nearly a decade of experience from Fisheye and Youwe, will work with clients including ESPO, Camlab, and Henderson, helping to improve their ecommerce websites through both front- and back-end development.
