Talent Tracker: Launch and Oliver make key appointments 

Performance marketing agency Launch, has appointed Rich Kimber as head of growth. He will be responsible for developing partnerships with other specialist agencies and delivering on the agency’s ambitious five-year growth plan. His main objective is to ensure even more growth-focused ecommerce and travel brands have access to impactful and effective full-funnel performance marketing. With over 15 years’ experience both agency and client side, Kimber joins Launch from Melt Digital, where, as commercial director, he supported the growth of high-profile ecommerce clients. 

Oliver UK, part of The Brandtech Group, has announced the promotion of Eloise Smith to the role of Executive Creative Director, reinforcing its commitment to delivering world-class creativity and innovation for clients. Smith is stepping into the new, expanded role following nearly a year-and-a-half of successfully driving creative excellence for Oliver’s biggest global in-house team. In her new, broader role, Smith will work to elevate creative output across the agency’s 100+ UK clients, including household names such as Boots and Barclays. Reporting into Rod Sobral, Global Chief Creative Officer, she will manage a 200-strong creative and design department, with a focus on AI upskilling.
