Mediaocean, an omnichannel advertising software and AI partner, has appointed Guy Kuperman as Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, Kuperman will lead corporate strategy, business intelligence, and strategic partnerships across Mediaocean’s portfolio, reporting directly to CEO Bill Wise. Kuperman previously served as Chief Strategy Officer of Innovid. He will focus on key growth initiatives, with a mandate that includes scaling partnerships while ensuring Mediaocean remains neutral, interoperable, and aligned with client outcomes.
Imagination, a global experience design agency, has appointed Harsharan Travers as UK Finance Director, effective immediately. In this role, Travers will oversee Imagination’s financial and commercial operations in the UK, supporting the continued growth of the business and strengthening financial strategy across the agency’s client portfolio. She will work closely with leadership teams to drive operational efficiency, support revenue growth, and ensure strong financial performance as Imagination continues to deliver experience-led creativity for global brands.
Rebecca Callaghan has been promoted to the newly-created role of Head of Out-of-Home (OOH) at Azerion. Callaghan brings more than ten years of experience across traditional OOH and programmatic DOOH to the new role, including two years as Azerion’s DOOH lead specialist. Previously she has held positions at Yahoo, JCDecaux and Trinity Mirror. As head of OOH at Azerion, Callaghan’s remit is to accelerate revenue growth, expand the product, create opportunities and position the company as the go-to partner for brands looking to maximise the impact of programmatic DOOH within an omnichannel framework. She will also focus on industry collaboration, bringing together media owners, data providers and technology platforms across the programmatic ecosystem to create a more connected, transparent and effective DOOH landscape.
The IPA has appointed Publicis Media’s Managing Director of L’Oréal Lab & Head of AI Operations, Marcos Angelides as the new Chair of the Commercial Leadership Group. Angelides succeeds Jason Cobbold in the role and has served on the group since 2024. As Chair, Marcos will steer the IPA Commercial Pillar’s overall direction through new research, best practice guides, courses, events and thought leadership. Angelides will also host July’s flagship IPA Business Growth Conference which explores the key issues around new business, pricing models, sustainability and AI to provide agencies with the tools they need to thrive and prosper in the long-term.
Supply-side curation specialist 33Across has appointed Issac Schechtman as Chief Product Officer. He brings 18+ years of experience across the AdTech ecosystem, with deep expertise in programmatic infrastructure, supply-side platforms, and data-driven advertising technologies. He last served as the VP of Product Exchange at Sovrn, and has held leadership roles at Criteo, BidSwitch, OpenX, Acxiom, and Collective. Schechtman will lead product strategy and execution across the company as 33Across continues to expand its data-driven solutions for advertisers and publishers.
Global, the Media and Entertainment group, has announced Dara Nasr as Managing Director, Commercial Outdoor. Nasr joins Global from WeTransfer, where he served as Vice President of Global Sales. Before that, he was Managing Director of Twitter UK, leading its largest international office outside of the United States. Dara began his career in television with IDS and Eurosport before moving to Google, where he spent more than five years, ultimately leading YouTube’s agency sales team. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams and driven strong revenue growth for some of the world’s most influential media brands. He will join Global next month, on 20 April.

Joining the Leeds-based agency are Faye Ripley, digital project lead, Kelsie Hatton, digital client manager, and Evie Baines as digital executive.
Integrated communications and PR agency MikeWorldWide UK has appointed Katie Swan as Senior Vice President, Digital, to strengthen the agency’s digital practice. Swan joins from Hotwire UK, where she built and scaled the digital practice, and led the UK Activation Team. She will play a central role in expanding and enhancing MikeWorldWide UK’s digital offering. Having begun her career in PR, she brings a strong grounding in earned media and a holistic, integrated approach to digital strategy. Reporting into UK Managing Director Sarah Moloney, Katie will work closely alongside Senior Vice Presidents Conrad Arnavutian and Amadi Tagoe to drive the agency’s digital and social offering across all its practice areas.
