Creative agency SocialChain has appointed Ryan Harding as Creative Director. Reporting directly to Mike Scott, Executive Creative Director, Harding will help lead the creative team at SocialChain, driving the agency’s innovative social-first campaigns and further strengthening its creative capabilities. With a wealth of experience in the creative industry, he joins SocialChain from THG Studios, where he held the position of Associate Creative Director. During his time at THG, he was responsible for driving large-scale campaigns for major global brands. 

Mediaocean has announced key leadership promotions for Prisma. Mediaocean has elevated Drew Kane and Stephanie Dorman to support Prisma’s global expansion and product innovation. Kane will serve as Chief Product Officer,  and Dorman as Chief Operating Officer. As Prisma’s new Chief Product Officer, Kane will lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap across the Prisma platform. As Chief Operating Officer, Stephanie Dorman will lead global go-to-market efforts and oversee relationships with our global holding companies and independent agencies. 

Global social media agency Born Social has appointed Chiara Trecchi as its first ever Head of Production. With 12+ years of production experience, Trecchi was most recently Head of Production at technology and marketing services agency DEPT, having previously held roles at VCCP, RAPP and the Design Council. Reporting into Paddy Smith, Chief Creative Officer at Born Social, Trecchi will lead a team of 10 and be responsible for expanding the agency’s production capabilities beyond social and into other media. Her remit includes workflow optimisation, team leadership, upskilling talent and client delivery.

Creative-first social agency, Buddy Media Group, today announces a series of senior hires ​​​​​​following a wave of new business wins and continued client growth. The new team members include Sam Hills, Creative Lead, Amanda Elliott, Organic Social Lead, Megan Rae Grove, Performance Lead, Ella Noonan, Social Creative, Simon Grabham, Account Manager, and Lilo Schiffbauer, Senior Performance Executive. 

Jungle Creations has announced a series of senior appointments as the agency continues to scale its award-winning social, influencer and creative services, fuelled by recent success with clients including Disney, Superdrug and Christopher Ward. Oscar Mackenzie joins as Director of Social and Influencer, a newly created role that reflects increasing demand for creator-first strategies and culturally relevant brand storytelling. Julia Graves joins the company as Executive Director, Client Services. Also stepping into a new role is Molly Tappin, promoted to Creative Director after ten years at Jungle Creations. Helen Burrows also joins the leadership team as Strategy Director, bringing with her experience from in-house roles and agencies, including Hogarth.

Leading ecommerce agency Visualsoft has announced the appointment of Liam Quinn as its new Director of Innovation. Quinn joins with extensive experience from some of the UK’s most respected and forward-thinking ecommerce agencies. Future Platforms, a technology-driven transformation partner, has appointed senior business leaders Santiago Matheus and Nicolas Roope as advisors to its Board of Directors, effective as of 1st July. Roope, has been at the creative forefront of digital media’s growth for 30 years, having run several consultancies at director level and achieved several accolades, including ten Webby Awards with former agency, Poke. Having co-founded two venture capital firms, LQD VC  and Angel Island Ventures, Matheus brings a wealth of knowledge in scaling successful digital businesses. He also has extensive corporate expertise working in senior roles at IBM, Founders Bank and IOVOX. 

WING, Little Dot Studios’ award-winning specialist sport and branded content production agency, has today announced the completion of its leadership team. At the helm are Founder and Executive Creative Director Will Ingham and Chief Operating Officer Tessa Ingham, who together have cultivated a culture defined by ambition, agility and collaboration. They are now joined by a fully rounded senior leadership team, as Molly Brooks steps into the role of Head of Production, following the earlier promotions of Damien Reeves to Creative Director and Owen Cox to Executive Producer in 2024.

KOMI Group has appointed Sam Lenehan as chief executive officer, as founder and current CEO Andrew Trotman steps into the role of chief revenue officer. The strategic shift follows record-breaking growth and a recent international expansion, positioning KOMI to further scale its commercial success and global footprint. Lenehan, who joined KOMI in 2020 and has served as group managing director since 2022, brings a proven track record of operational discipline, team scaling, and strategic clarity. Moving into the CEO position, he will run KOMI’s daily operations, shape the strategy, lead the exec team, and drive international expansion.

RealityMine, a privacy-compliant behavioural data company, has appointed Andy Golub as Senior Vice President, Panel Solutions, overseeing the company’s growing relationships with proprietary panel owners across five continents. Based in the US, Golub joins the company’s leadership team and will report directly to Group CEO Chris Havemann. In his new role, Golub will lead RealityMine’s panel partner strategy and execution, working closely with the growing sphere of proprietary panel owners who deploy RealityMine’s technology to passively capture mobile behavioural data from opted-in consumers.
