Sue Benson, CEO and Founder Trustee of The Behaviours Agency, has been named as the IPA Chair for England and Wales. She succeeds James Ray in the role. As IPA Chair for England & Wales, Benson will act as a figurehead for IPA member agencies in England (outside London) and in Wales, working closely with the team of IPA City Heads to champion the outstanding talent in the advertising community and support Karen Martin’s agenda to reaffirm the power of creativity as IPA President. Since 2023, Benson has served as IPA City Head for IPA City Head for Manchester & the North West. Gemma Longfellow, Chief People Officer at Open Partners, has been appointed as her successor. As City Head, Longfellow will serve as a figurehead and voices for the industry in the area, championing the outstanding talent in the advertising community and driving collaboration, thought leadership and engagement. She will also work closely with the other IPA City Heads and the Chairs for England & Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland on wider industry issues and IPA initiatives.
The IPA has also appointed Dan Flynn and Graeme Griffiths as joint Directors of Media Research. They succeed Denise Turner in the role, having previously served as IPA Deputy Research Director and Associate Director of Research respectively. In their roles, Flynn and Griffiths will lead the strategic direction and development of the IPA TouchPoints programme, which publishes an annual survey of consumer media habits, as well as other benchmark surveys including the IPA Agency Census, Salary & Benefits Report and Pricing & Financial Benchmark Survey.
Digital content agency Greenpark has appointed Paul Donohue as EMEA Operations Director, and Giulia Mazzei as Influencer Director. Donohue will report directly into EMEA Managing Director Chris Pearce and brings an extensive track record in operational scaling, having previously served as Operations Director at Phantom Studios. Over the course of his career, Donohue has held senior roles at numerous prominent agencies such as R/GA, Ogilvy, M&C Saatchi and Dare. Mazzei joins from Swarovski, where she served as a Global Head of Influencer Marketing in-house.
ThinkingData, a global game analytics and LiveOps platform, has announced the appointment of Brandon Nador as Vice President of Marketing. Nador brings 15 years of experience leading growth, brand, and go-to-market strategy across both B2B and B2C technology businesses. He led growth marketing at Target and served as Marketing Director of Ecommerce & Mobile at Safeway, where he developed digital, ecommerce and growth marketing initiatives for consumer brands serving millions of customers. At ThinkingData, he will lead global marketing strategy across the U.S., Europe, and international markets, overseeing brand, demand generation, content, and go-to-market execution.
System1 [AIM:SYS1], a ‘creative effectiveness’ platform, has made a series of senior leadership changes to continue growth across its advertising and innovation platforms, Test Your Ad and Test Your Innovation respectively, and further expand its global reputation as a leader in advertising and innovation. Mohan (Mo) Taylor will join the executive team as Chief Product and Technology Officer. Orlando Wood, currently Chief Innovation Officer, has been appointed Chief Creative Officer. Andrew Tindall, previously SVP of Global Partnerships, is promoted to the executive team as Chief Growth Officer – Advertising. Tristan Findlay, who joined the company in 2025 as Managing Director of Innovation, has been appointed Chief Growth Officer – Innovation.
Media, marketing and technology company Brave Bison has appointed Ed Knights as Head of Growth, as the business accelerates its global expansion across marketing consultancy, training and execution. Knights joins from Jungle Creations and brings over a decade of experience winning multi-channel new business briefs at digital, performance media and social agencies, along with a strong track record of designing and delivering high-performing commercial strategies. In his new role, Knights will report to Chief Marketing Officer Hannah Baker and lead Brave Bison’s growth team across three of its agency brands: Brave Bison, Engage Digital Partners and SocialChain.
Lisa De Bonis, the former Global CEO of Huge, has joined Brandtech UK as Managing Partner and CEO. Before her 4-year stint at the helm of Huge, De Bonis was Managing Director of Accenture Interactive across UK and Europe and has previously held senior roles at Havas, Mother and Omnicom. Jeff Matisoff, who joined the Brandtech Group in 2021 from WPP where he was Global President of the dedicated integrated creative+ media IBM agency Eightbar, will be Brandtech North America Managing Partner & CEO, running Brandtech’s largest market. In France, Brandtech Partner Julie Hardy, will add the role of Brandtech France Managing Partner & CEO.
