Reprise, one of the UK’s largest performance agencies, has today announced that it has
appointed Martina Lacey as the agency’s Managing Partner, Head of Growth. Martina will lead the
growth strategy for Reprise, in partnership with the company’s world-class talent across its
Experience, Media and Content crafts.
Lacey brings specialist business development and marketing skills having held senior roles including
Head of New Business at agencies including iCrossing UK, Mindshare and Maxus.

Say It Now, the voice assistant adtech firm, has announced the appointment of Neil Munn, the former Global CEO of BBH, one of the world’s leading creative agencies, to its Board. Munn brings unrivalled experience, knowledge, and connectivity to Say It Now who specialise in actionable audio advertising via smart speakers, targets its next phase of growth across the UK and North America.
Lee Emery, previously Digital Transformation Manager at Stockport Council, has been appointed as Product and Optimisation Team Lead at Nexer Digital and will be helping clients to shape and articulate their product vision. She will also be working closely with the data team to track, measure and report on the success of this.
In addition, Lee Valentine will be joining the product and optimisation team as a Business Analyst. Coming to the company from Gazprom Energy, Lee will bring expertise in product ownership and business analysis to the team to advise on digital strategy for Nexer Digital’s clients.
Experience design company, Imagination, has appointed Gavin Miller as its Global Environmental Sustainability Lead, responsible for developing and rolling out the business’ global environmental sustainability strategy.
Miller joins Imagination from sustainability consultancy Profitabl where he has helped businesses bring a sharp commercial and sustainability focus to their organisations. Prior to this, Miller has held a wide variety of senior commercial-, strategic business- and marketing roles at both enterprise and SME businesses. Prior to Profitabl, Miller spent four years as Managing Director of Ultima Media, a global b2b media, data and events company. He is also a Course Director for Sustainability at The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Customer data platform BlueConic has appointed Edwin Zenderink as VP of Engineering, where he will be responsible for scaling BlueConic’s engineering efforts and maintaining and executing against the company’s internal and external product roadmap. Zenderink will be based in the Netherlands office.
Prior to BlueConic, Zenderink was the VP of Global Development at Planon, a global SaaS company and market leader in the facility and real estate market
