Accenture teams with Sitecore to help businesses to improve digital experiences

Accenture has joined forces with digital experience software firm Sitecore to help businesses to better react to market changes and evolving customer needs across content, experience, and commerce.

Announced at the Sitecore Symposium 2022 in Chicago, the companies will look to help clients build relevant digital experiences through a combination of the creative, technology, and industry expertise housed at Accenture Song – formerly Accenture Interactive – and Sitecore’s cloud-based digital experience software.

As a result, organizations are fundamentally rethinking what products and services they offer, how they operate their businesses and how they interact with their customers,” said Bob Markham, Lead, North America at Accenture Song.

Accenture and Sitecore have a long history of collaboration, combining on more than 250 engagements in 21 countries for clients including CNH Industrial, Duke Energy, and Iveco Group.
