Media experience platform Cloudinary has announced that footwear brand Crocs has selected Cloudinary’s industry-leading Media Experience Platform to automate its entire image management lifecycle and deliver a more engaging visual-first customer experience. Contextual Artificial Intelligence company Seedtag has launched Dynamic Placement Optimisation (DPO), a real-time software that boosts Contextual Advertising performance. DPO finds the optimal placement for each advertisement to be delivered, allowing advertisers to integrate their brand messages into relevant and premium content. This maximises users attention and boosts campaign performance, such as brand favorability by 22%. After seven years of developing their contextual AI, seedtag has been able to move beyond contextual targeting and incorporate contextual data planning tools and real-time insights into its offering.

Customer and employee experience and engagement company Medallia, Inc. has announced that provider of B2B roadside assistance and mobility solutions ARC Europe Group, is leveraging the Medallia Experience Cloud platform to improve customer retention and brand loyalty during an unforeseen event on the side of the road. The implementation of Medallia Experience Cloud today allows ARC Europe Group to further place the customer at the heart of its operations by capturing key insights during an assistance event and proposing the right solution in real-time.

Acxiom, the customer intelligence company, has announced a strategic partnership with Customer Data and Experience Platform Exponea. Exponea clients can now access Acxiom’s Data Hygiene and Data Enrichment services via API to create accurate profiles to further optimise decisioning and segmentation. This API serves two purposes, it allows marketers to: carry out data and address hygiene to ensure accuracy (e.g email address & phone format, postcode & address line backfill) and improve campaign performance, and use Acxiom’s data assets to enrich customer data and create accurate and enriched profiles to further optimize decisioning and segmentation.

Mastercard and ACI Worldwide have announced that Cámara de Compensación Electrónica (CCE) will utilize the ACI Enterprise Payments Platform to accelerate financial institutions’ access to Mastercard’s Instant Payment Service, the new real-time payments managed service that will enter Industry Testing in Peru later this year. The ACI Enterprise Payments Platform will operate alongside Mastercard’s Immediate Payments Service to simplify and speed up connectivity for participants to Peru’s new real-time ISO 20022 scheme, ahead of Industry Testing, which will begin later this year. Financial institutions will be able to connect to the new scheme via new, modern APIs.

AND Digital, a UK-founded technology consultancy, has announced the opening of a new office, known as a ‘Club’, in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The move marks the latest step in the company’s rapid growth, and its first step into mainland Europe. The new Amsterdam club will enable AND Digital to extend its services across the Netherlands, which focus on helping organisations build better digital products faster whilst upskilling their own in-house teams at the same time. The firm is expected to recruit an initial 50 digital and technology experts for its new Amsterdam office. This will grow to a further 400+ over the next three to five years, with a focus on software engineers, analysts and digital product specialists, as AND Digital prioritises plans to expand across the Benelux region.

Global marketing and communications firm, Finn Partners, has been selected as agency of record by Auth0, the identity platform for application teams. FINN’s Technology practice will deliver a multi-country programme across the UK, France, DACH and Benelux to build local awareness of Auth0’s identity and access management platform, which enables global enterprises to provide easy and secure access to any application for customers, business partners, employees, and machines.
