The NDA Heroes Awards are now open for you to nominate the people in your business that you feel should be recognised for their work.
These aren’t the sort of awards you just send over to your marketing department. These are very personal and give you chance to recognise people in your company, or companies you work with, who goes the extra mile.
This is a new kind of awards programme for the digital sector. The NDA Heroes will reward the individuals in our industry who make a difference, not only to their clients but also to their colleagues and the industry as a whole.
The Heroes will only consist of six categories and one overall prize. We’ll be rewarding two people in each of the three sectors we cover; Adtech, Media Agencies and Publishers.
Collaborative Champion
We’re looking for someone of any level in adtech, agency land or in a media owner who has gone above and beyond to help their client and their colleagues. Use this opportunity to nominate those who don’t get in the industry press, don’t make the headlines but just do great work.
Agency/ Adtech/Publisher Hero
We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated both excellence within their role but also and very importantly in helping drive their section of the digital industry forward, supporting and promoting others whether that be employees, partners or collaborators.
We’ll be asking the industry to nominate those they think deserve an award.
It’s free to enter as we don’t want a lack of budget to stop anybody from nominating someone.
Our judging panel of industry experts which includes Pete Markey, CMO of Boots, Jon Mew, CEO of The IAB and Lara Izlan, Director of Data Strategy at ITV will whittle the nominations down to a shortlist in each category and then the winner will be decided by a public vote.
We won’t be hosting a huge awards ceremony on Park Lane. We’ll be distributing the awards and having a fun night on the 12th of May at the Century Club in Soho.
NDA Editor Justin Pearse commented, ‘ The industry has some amazing awards schemes which reward great tech, agencies, media owners and campaigns. We want the Heroes to reflect our editorial ethos and to highlight the wonderful people who make up our industry.’
