Data collaboration platform InfoSum has named its long-tenured Chief Operating Officer, Lauren Wetzel, as its new Chief Executive Officer. In a planned management transition, Wetzel takes over from Brian Lesser, who has led InfoSum as Chairman and CEO since 2020. Before joining InfoSum in 2020, Wetzel held senior strategy and operations roles at AT&T, Xandr, and Deloitte. Lesser will remain as an advisor during the transition period.
Sue Unerman has joined Brainlabs as Global Chief Strategy Officer. Unerman is tasked with creating powerful and progressive strategic propositions for the agency’s clients. She joins from EssenceMediacom after a 34-year tenure at the GroupM-owned agency. Here, she most recently held the role of Chief Transformation Officer, EMX & Global Head of Relevance EM Creative Futures. Prior to this, she had various strategy roles at Mediacom, including Head of Planning and Chief Strategy Officer.
TBWA\London has appointed Jesper Norgaard as Strategy Director. This new hire follows the recent additions of Raquel Chicourel as Chief Strategy Officer and James Faupel as Head of Production. Norgaard joins from Grey London, where he served as Senior Strategist and, later, Strategy Director. He previously worked at Forever Beta and Nomads Agency in Amsterdam. Reporting directly to Chicourel, Norgaard will work closely with the creative department and help drive the agency’s strategic output.
Digital out-of-home (DOOH) supply side platform VIOOH has announced Nick Parker as its new non-executive Board Chair, succeeding Spencer Berwin. Berwin – a former Co-CEO of JCDecaux UK – will be leaving the Board and replaced by Parker on 2 September 2024. In his global role at WPP, Parker grew Kinetic’s influence, making OOH more accessible to advertisers, and pioneered Kinetic in its transition into programmatic trading.
Michael Bush has joined marketing agency Reech as Non-executive Director. Having initially launched his own SEO agency, Bush became a founding member of Climb Online, a digital marketing agency developed by BBC Apprentice winner Mark Wright and Lord Alan Sugar. Bush played a critical role in scaling the business through the implementation of a commercial strategy which focused on building partnerships with brands including TikTok, Nintendo, Imagine Cruising, Groupon, Gym King, and Protein World. He was appointed Managing Director of Climb Online in January 2022, leaving the business at the end of 2023 after helping guide it through an acquisition.

Ruhl boasts more than 18 years of experience in business development, strategic selling, and sales leadership from organisations including Avanade (a Microsoft and Accenture joint venture) and Atos.
Owner of outdoor media infrastructure Wildstone has selected a new General Counsel. Bruce Jones joins Wildstone with over 30 years’ experience as a lawyer in private practice, having specialised in corporate and commercial work in London, Bangkok and Singapore. Since 2021, Jones has combined private practice with work as a consultant through Linklaters LLP. Jones will be responsible for overseeing Wildstone’s legal function both in the UK and internationally.
