Bella & Duke, the pet wellness brand based in Scotland, has appointed the7stars to run its digital performance account, following a competitive pitch process against three other agencies.
The pitch process was handled in-house by Bella & Duke, with a short turnaround time of one week between RFP briefing and pitch meeting which was held over Zoom.
the7stars takes over the Digital Performance account from the incumbent agency 360 OM. All Response Media continues to handle the brand’s traditional media outreach.
the7stars is charged with delivering exponential growth in prospects with a focus on educating audiences about what’s best for their pets. Their approach will introduce solid platform best practice, an experimentational mindset, and a full-funnel digital plan underpinned by media effectiveness principles.
