Medialab appoints Jim Brigden to drive growth 

Independent media agency Medialab has appointed Jim Brigden as Executive Director, Digital. 

Brigden joins at a time of significant growth for the agency – Medialab is the fastest-growing agency in Campaign’s Top 20 Media rankings. He will leverage the agency’s fast growth digital division and ensure that Medialab continues to offer industry-leading digital activation that drives outstanding results for its client partners.   

Brigden will work closely with the Medialab leadership team on their exciting growth journey. He will lead the build and acceleration of the agency’s growing suite of digital services to continue to deliver brilliant, transparent outcomes for client partners. In 2023, Medialab’s digital activity grew by over 50%, whilst the agency is certified as a Google Premium Partner, underlining its desire to leverage the latest digital opportunities for its clients.  

Brigden has over 25 years of experience in the digital marketing industry, with a strong track-record of accelerating growth, winning new business and developing propositions for agencies. He has led several businesses through fast growth, including Brainlabs as Executive Chair. Previous senior roles included a global leadership position at iProspect, CEO roles at I Spy and The Search Works and, most recently, a Non-Executive Board position at Percept.
