Merkle, Dentsu’s customer experience management company, has expanded its Salesforce partnership with the launch of a practice dedicated to the customer relationship management platform.
The UK and Ireland-focused Salesforce practice aims to provide brands with “unparalleled experiences” across the Salesforce platform by prioritising solutions in sales, service, and experience clouds, while augmenting expertise in Salesforce commerce and marketing clouds.
