London-based fast-growing tech PR agency, Make Honey, has appointed two new senior leadership hires as it sets its sights on further growth. Rebecca Mansfield, joins the team as senior client director to head up client services responsible for the smooth running of all account management across the business, whilst ensuring client satisfaction remains high and KPIs are achieved. Most recently, Mansfield was senior PR and events manager for Garmin UK & Ireland, responsible for all creative campaigns, PR and events activations. Also joining the senior leadership team is Caroline Gosney, who joins Make Honey as client and content director. Gosney is responsible for all creative and content across client campaigns, leading a team of designers, videographers and copywriters. With a background in FMCG, Gosney has worked with brands including Tesco, Jack Daniels, LEGO, Levis, Walkers, Bacardi and Christian Louboutin.

KPMG International announced the appointment of Lisa Heneghan as Global Chief Digital Officer. With more than 30 years of experience across the technology sector, most recently as Chief Digital Officer and Executive Committee member for KPMG in the UK, Heneghan has extensive experience in driving enterprise-wide digital transformation both within KPMG and with clients. She has spent the majority of her time focused on enabling organisations to become customer-centric as well as optimising the cost and agility of technology. Heneghan is a leading voice in the global technology community and is a global advocate for encouraging more women into technology, including sponsoring KPMG’s ‘It’s Her Future’ initiative.

Ambl, the brand-new platform set to transform and build recovery for the hospitality industry by matching people with real-time availability, has announced the appointment of Simon Gaske as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Gaske brings almost 20 years of experience in hospitality marketing and will be instrumental in leading the official launch of Ambl across the Square Mile, London next month. Drawing on his experience, Gaske will be responsible for federating marketing efforts to effectively launch the London-based start-up, supporting the CEO and creating synergy between the user experience and the hospitality sector to support the company’s growth.

Digitas UK has appointed Jennifer Berry as its new CEO. Berry will join Digitas in January from Razorfish, a fellow Publicis Groupe agency, where she has led the agency’s US northeast regional business as EVP, Managing Director. An experienced and future-facing leader, Berry has spent 15 years with Publicis Groupe across two continents, starting out in her native Australia before moving to New York a decade ago. Having worked client, agency and publisher side over the years, Berry has led teams across a wide range of sectors including retail, financial services, FMCG, technology and travel, with varied engagements including creative, media, commerce and platforms. She is passionate about working with cross-functional teams to develop market-leading, culture-changing work.

Voiceworks Sport, a fast-growing business of sports audio experts backed by Communicorp UK and based in Manchester, has welcomed three new key appointments to its senior leadership team to spearhead its next stage of growth. It includes Michael Holt as Director of Commercial Partnerships, Stefan Doyle as Head of Sport Social and Richard Herrick as Sport Partnerships Director. Holt joins with over 20 years of experience in audio and TV, spanning Commercial Director roles at Discovery Inc, TRACE and The Drum as well as sponsorship and strategy roles at Virgin Radio, Guardian Media Group and the Radio Advertising. Bureau. As Director of Commercial Partnerships, he will be tasked with developing new long-term brand and rights holders’ agreements for both Voiceworks Sport and Sport Social Podcast Network. Doyle joins as Head of Sport Social, with former Head Jim Salveson stepping into a new role of Director of Sport. Having previously worked across Bauer Media Group’s national portfolio and as a producer for Global, Doyle will work closely with Sport Social’s network of podcast creators to develop content and grow listener audiences. Herrick, founder of Herrick Associates Sports Consultancy, has also been announced as Sales Director – Sport. Herrick will be targeting new rights holder partnerships for both Voiceworks Sport and Sport Social.

Global brand acceleration agency bluemarlin continues its expansion and ‘gear shift’ with the appointment of Christopher Schilperoort as Managing Director and Partner. Schilperoort comes with over a decade’s experience in brand design, including at Xfacta Consulting Services in Johannesburg, South Africa, and This Way Up in London.

Reprise, one of the UK’s largest performance agencies, has announced that it has appointed Martina Lacey as the agency’s Managing Partner, Head of Growth. Martina will lead the growth strategy for Reprise, in partnership with the company’s world-class talent across its Experience, Media and Content crafts. Lacey brings specialist business development and marketing skills having held senior roles including Head of New Business at agencies including iCrossing UK, Mindshare and Maxus.

Marketing performance agency, Go Inspire – a Xerox company, has announced the recruitment of Jo Scott as Strategic Account Director in Connect, their charity-specialist division. The tactical hire comes at a crucial time for the group as it seeks to close the loop on its integrated ecosystem to support its charity sector clients’ revenue growth. Scott joins the Go Inspire Connect division under the leadership of Managing Director, Clare Davidson. She brings a wealth of cause and prize-led fundraising experience in the charity sector following over 20 years at Woods Valldata. During this time Scott has worked with a wide range of charities including Macmillan Cancer Support, the RNLI, The Air Ambulance Service, RNIB and Marie Curie helping them to deliver their fundraising activities. 

Adludio, the global advertising platform delivering premium quality campaigns on mobile, has announced two key, c-level appointments – Dave Ramsay as Chief Product Officer and Ian Liddicoat as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Data Science. Ramsay will be responsible for the further integration and expansion of Adludio’s automated platform. He joins from BT Digital, where he was Director of Product Innovation and Commercialisation, and was in charge of developing new services and insights. Previous to this role, Ramsay held positions at O2 Digital and Weve. Meanwhile, Liddicoat will be leading development of Adludio’s proprietary algorithms and the optimization of its world-beating marketing analytics. He joins Adludio from Publicis, where he was Global Head of Data Science and was responsible for its development and delivery of AI products.

Social, content and production agency Clockwork UK has appointed Joe Goulcher as Creative Director and Stefania Paolini as Strategy Director to take on senior roles on their Xbox business. In these newly created roles, Goulcher and Paolini will work closely to create effective and impactful creative that works across multiple international markets. Both have a wealth of experience, with Goulcher having held creative roles at agencies such as Coolr, Saatchi & Saatchi and Rise at 7 as well as client-side roles including Moonpig and EE over the past twelve years. Paolini brings 15 years of strategy experience with senior roles in the UK, Germany, and US at Laundry Service, Huckletree and Plum Guide.
