Verasity, a protocol and product layer blockchain platform, has appointed veteran technology-focused lawyer, Mark Firth, as CEO of Verasity, and of VeraViews, an open-ledger advertising ecosystem that prevents ad fraud. Firth will be responsible for leading the next stage of VeraViews’ expansion as it continues to develop its ad stack and advertising ecosystem – which is powered by distributed ledger technology (DLT), and built around Verasity’s patented ‘Proof of View’ (PoV) fraud identification module. Prior to joining Verasity, Mark spent eight years as Director and General Counsel AMEA at investment company Prosus Group.

objectsource, an Adobe Commerce growth agency celebrating its 15th year, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Gary Touhtarian as Sales Director.  Touhtarian brings a decade of experience in the Ecommerce industry where he has consistently driven sales growth and fostered successful partnerships. Most recently he was Senior Sales Manager at 247 Commerce. In his new role, Touhtarian will spearhead partner engagement, leveraging objectsource’s established relationships with strategic technology partners including Klaviyo and Ordergroove, to deliver industry-leading solutions on the Adobe Commerce platform.  

Experience management (XM) company Qualtrics has appointed marketing veteran Lynn Girotto as Chief Marketing Officer. Girotto will lead Qualtrics’ global marketing organization, including brand, communications, demand generation, field marketing, product marketing, and pricing and packaging. Girotto has more than 25 years of experience in senior marketing roles at leading technology and consumer brands where she has been deeply focused on driving higher brand awareness, consideration and loyalty through improved customer experience. She most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer of Vimeo, where she led a shift in the video platform’s strategy toward enterprise customers and applications where she worked to differentiate Vimeo with superior customer experience. Previously, she served in senior marketing roles at Microsoft, Starbucks, Tableau and Getty Images.

Global digital agency, Collective London has announced the arrival of a new Head of Production, Tim Last, to focus and drive the agency’s recent exponential growth of its 3D real-time offering. Last, a Gold, Silver and Bronze Cannes Lion winner, joins the agency having previously worked as Head of Creative Tech Production at Happy Finish. His new responsibilities will see him help grow and develop the global digital creative agency’s real-time 3D offering, which includes the use of cutting-edge technologies such as Omniverse and Unreal Engine to drive cost, time and carbon out of the production process and revolutionise the whole advertising production workflow. 

Digital media, marketing and technology company, Brave Bison has strengthened its Performance leadership team with the addition of two seasoned media professionals: Andy Platt as Managing Partner and Brenda Imeson as Director of Strategy. Also joining Brave Bison Performance, Imeson, who joins the business from Carat, has 30 years of marketing experience, specialising in media strategy for the past nine years. Her career spans various facets of marketing, including research and insight, new product development, and growth strategy development. While being instrumental in shaping the media strategies of FMCG and retail brands, advocating for integrated full-funnel approaches that marry brand and performance objectives.
