Now, as Chief Growth Officer, GroupM Nexus UK, Zuzanna is responsible for delivering a new cross-channel performance organisation across Finecast, Xaxis, INCA (Goat), Acceleration and GroupM Services.

Throughout his 28 year media and advertising technology career, Theo has been at the forefront of some of the biggest and innovative businesses.

Theo was at the very start of mobile advertising in Europe, joining ScreenTonic in 2006 (subsequently acquired by Microsoft) and responsible for the launch of the first mobile adverts to appear in Europe, spending years building the industry with brands, agencies and ad tech businesses. He was also instrumental in the 2010 launch of Apple advertising business in Europe. More recently he helped launch Netflix’s ad supported business in the UK.

Jon is CEO of IAB UK, the industry body for digital advertising. The IAB brings its members together – including advertisers, agencies, ad tech and media owners – to address the big issues facing the industry, champion innovation, and help businesses prepare for the future.

Having headed up marketing at Orange, Jon joined IAB UK in 2008 as its first Head of Mobile. He went on to become Director of Mobile and Operations and Chief Operating Officer, before taking on the role of CEO in 2017.

A self-confessed tech lover, Jon often speaks at high-profile events and regularly writes for industry publications such as New Digital Age, Campaign and The Media Leader.

Steph Miller is a go-to market and sales leader with proven experience in building, leading and scaling high-performing commercial teams. She has extensive experience across both the buy and sell sides of programmatic advertising. Miller was responsible for launching the UK office for programmatic advertising platform Adnami and building its sales and operations functions.

Prior to this, Miller was Head of Sales and Marketing Services at Zoopla. Steph is currently responsible for growing the global adoption of the Publica CTV ad server, unified auction and server-side ad insertion (SSAI) products in the EMEA regions to help global CTV publishers and smart TV manufacturers implement their ad serving and ad break decisioning strategies using Publica’s award winning solutions.

MATT BARASH

With over 20 years of experience in the media, tech and advertising industry, Matt is widely recognized as a global leader and strategist in the ad tech space.

As the SVP, Americas + Global Publishing at Index Exchange Matt is responsible for the growth and development of sell side relationships globally while simultaneously overseeing the company’s commercial interests in the Americas.

Prior to joining Index Exchange, Matt held executive roles at Zeotap, AdColony, Forbes and News Corp. He is an active advisor and board member for several companies in ad tech, data and privacy and resides in New York, NY.

Over the past four years Alex and her team have launched new products such as Channel 4 Programmatic Guaranteed and PMP as well as the award winning first party data matching solution BRANDM4TCH. Alex has most recently launched the market leading cookie-free shopper data partnership with retail partners Nectar 360 and Boots using data clean room technology.

Faye Liddle-Moore is Outbrain’s Global Head of Brand Studio, a creative service that supports specific brand objectives and creative delivery through data-led, custom experiences. She’s built and leads a global in-house team to deliver client-centric creative solutions that push the boundaries of their marketing campaigns. Prior to her current role, Faye was instrumental in building the Outbrain advertiser business in the UK and the rest of Northern Europe as Commercial Director.

In 2023, Insider named Faye a “Rising Star of Adtech,” celebrating her unique blend of creative flair and strategic thinking in the industry. She is also strongly committed to humanitarian efforts, having led Outbrain Brand Studio as a platform for people to donate to non-profit organisations such as Save the Children International, American Red Cross, and Unicef USA, following the earthquake in Syria and Turkey.

Faye is based in London, and is a proud mother of one. In her free time, she passionately supports various women’s empowerment organisations and initiatives in London and across the UK.

Sue Macmillan is the Chief Operating Officer at Mumsnet, the UK’s largest online platform for parents. Sue oversees multiple teams including Product, Growth, and Data. With a treasure trove of 23 years of textual data, the recent advancement in LLMs has transformed Mumsnet’s ability to offer real-time insights to brands, organisations and policy-makers, and they have built multiple AI applications to enable this, including MumsGPT. Sue also has a particular interest in AI and automation and how it can enable people to focus on the most interesting tasks in the workplace.
