The latest hires strengthen Wonder’s live client events team: Sophie King (formerly a Project Director with Cheerful Twentyfirst) and Kate Woodley (previously Senior Events Producer, Integrated Production at George P Johnson) join as Project Directors and Ciara Bond (hailing from Identity where she was a Senior Event Producer) comes in as a Senior Producer. Additionally, long-term freelancers Sam Cannon and Ausura Miksyte – who between them have worked with Seen Studios, Swap Motel, George P Johnson, Formula E and Unyte Group – are transitioning to full-time roles as Producer and Production Manager, respectively. All new hires will report to Lucy Montgomery, Head of Client Services, and Mike Dennis, Head of Production. This latest phase of recruitment also sees two internal promotions: Molly Maelzer steps up to Senior Producer, while Max Hollick takes on the role of Junior Production Manager.

TBWA\London has further added to its strategic firepower with the appointment of Donna Yan as Strategy Director. This move follows the recent additions of Annie Gallimore as managing director and Jesper Norgaard as Strategy Director. Joining from Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam, Yan’s return to London reunites her with TBWA\London’s Chief Strategy Officer, Raquel Chicourel, with whom she worked at Grey London. Dino Burbidge is joining the World Out-of-Home Organization (WOO) as its first creative-in-residence to lead a strengthened focus on creativity and new technology. Burbidge, whose career spans leading creative agencies including WCRS and major media owner Sky, will lead a Creative Workstream aimed at exploring the conjunction of creativity and technology in Out of Home. Other areas of activity will be scoping and developing the Creativity section of the WOO database; helping to develop the flagship WOO Creative Awards, providing insight and advice for WOO members on occasions, including the monthly online member calls, and contributing an increased creative and technological focus to WOO communications, including the weekly newsletter.

Kochava, a real-time data solutions company for omnichannel attribution and measurement, has appointed Justin Pak to the pivotal role of Sales Director. In his new capacity, Pak will report directly to Julia Kan, the Managing Director of Advertiser Solutions at Kochava. Kan and Pak have previously collaborated during their tenures at MobileAction and data.ai. Pak’s responsibilities will encompass liaising with marketing leaders on how MMM can support their growth goals.
