It’s Always Media Thursday: awards season, back to the office and the return of the serendipitous afternoon drink

NDA has launched a weekly podcast featuring Editor Justin Pearse and Publisher Andy Oakes discussing interesting, amusing and illuminating industry developments.

It’s Always Media Thursday is an irreverent take on the week’s events in our industry and will feature regular guests popping into the studio to give their take.

The first episode, below, was initially meant to be only a test recording. But in the spirit of openness, transparency and experimentation is being launched to kick start the series. Which is unlikely to become much more professional as it develops.

In this episode, we discuss awards season, the return of the quiet afternoon drink where serendipity happens and business gets done, the need for us all to get back to the office, the pros and cons of camping, especially in Scotland, and pickled eggs.
