Reddit has acquired ad creative optimisation platform Memorable AI in a bid to further advance campaign performance and impact. Through this acquisition, Reddit advertisers will have access to Memorable AI’s tools to enhance their campaign planning and drive higher performance. Memorable AI is powered by a large AI foundation model that allows advertisers to strategise ad creative according to their branding and conversion goals via an AI-based co-pilot. The Memorable AI team has joined Reddit and will support and lead relevant projects across its ads business as it scales toward its next growth phase.

Design platform Canva has announced plans to acquire Leonardo.AI, a generative AI content and research company. The acquisition will accelerate Canva’s investment in continued research and development while bringing Leonardo’s foundational model to Canva’s community worldwide. Leonardo’s technology has been used to produce more than one billion images in the last 18 months. Canva will continue to invest in Leonardo’s standalone platform while integrating its technology throughout the company’s suite of Magic Studio products. Working with Leonardo’s team of 120 researchers, engineers, and designers will also bolster Canva’s research and development capabilities as the company continues to invest in long-term innovation opportunities.

Immediate, owner and publisher of Good Food, has announced a media-first product endorsement campaign with dishwashing detergent brand Finish. The 12-month partnership, which will showcase Finish Ultimate Plus, marks Good Food’s first-ever product endorsement. The campaign will include behind-the-scenes videos showing the aftermath of Good Food’s recipe creations, Good Food product testing of Finish Ultimate Plus, and detailed advertorials. It will be promoted across the Good Food network and Immediate’s parenting brand, MadeForMums. The partnership was developed by Publicis and Immediate’s content studio, Imagine, who oversaw the creative strategy, development and execution of the partnership, including video content and imagery.

C2C second-hand fashion marketplace Vinted has entered into a partnership with Rokt, an ecommerce tech company, to unlock new revenues and opportunities to reward Vinted shoppers by presenting highly relevant post-purchase offers for each customer.

Salesforce-owned team communication platform Slack has expanded its partnership with cloud storage company Box, Inc. to bring secure AI to enterprise content. Joint customers can access unlimited Box AI queries directly in Slack. Additional new features and capabilities include “dynamic and secure” file previews, enhanced Box in Slack workflows, real-time loading content cards, updated admin delegated authorisation, and improved content workflow between Box, Slack, and Salesforce.

Impact.com, a partnership management platform, has announced the launch of impact.com/advocate, a customisable customer referral marketing solution that empowers brands to engage their customers with tailored offers. The new solution builds on impact.com’s 2023 acquisition of SaaSquatch, a provider of customer referral software. The native integration of SaaSquatch’s offering with impact.com’s platform allows brands to leverage customer referrals via impact.com’s existing suite of tools and technologies.

Creative personalisation platform Flashtalking by Mediaocean has announced the latest release of its enhanced Social Ads Manager, powered by Hypermode. Flashtalking Social offers tools to manage ad campaigns across Facebook, Google Demand Gen, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and X. Flashtalking says its product enhancements will provide improvements to efficiency, precision, and performance for advertisers.

Yext, a digital presence platform for multi-location brands, has completed its acquisition of Hearsay Systems, which focuses on digital client engagement for financial services. The combination of Yext and Hearsay Systems is intended to produce the industry’s first end-to-end digital presence platform, combining Yext’s digital presence management capabilities with Hearsay Systems’ engagement solutions across social media, websites, text, and voice.
