Customer experience (CX) management company Sitecore has unveiled a trio of cloud products and services to help brands to improve CX across channels. Announced at the Sitecore Symposium 2022 in Chicago, the new solutions include Sitecore Search, Content Hub One, and Sitecore Connect.
Sitecore Search is an AI-powered search and discovery function that provides marketers with a unified delivery system for serving relevant content. According to Sitecore, the plug-and-play solution can be applied to an existing website in ‘a matter of hours’.
Content Hub One is a headless content management system (CMS) that combines content modelling, authoring, and consumption into a single interface. The update to Sitecore’s Content Hub enables brands to launch and manage experiences across digital channels.
Sitecore Connect is a technology stack optimiser that enables brands to connect Sitecore products to their existing infrastructure via a drag and drop user interface. With the solution, brands can define a target system, set the flow, and publish.
In addition to announcing three new products, Sitecore also showcased further enhancements to the Sitecore Experience Manager (XM) Cloud. The upcoming release of the CMS will feature updates such as new editing interfaces, native personalisation, and testing capabilities.
