Media agency Assembly has announced the elevation of two managing partners in Europe: Alex Boniface to Head of Client Experience & Leadership and Bridget Hopkins to Head of Client Operations, both effective immediately. In his new role, Boniface will lead Assembly Europe’s client leadership and planning function, overseeing a team of over 50. He will focus on building a more unified approach to client leadership that ensures consistent, high-quality delivery across all markets. As Head of Client Operations for Assembly Europe, Hopkins will expand her remit to lead operations across Assembly’s European footprint. She will be responsible for integrated leadership of in-channel planning and activation including search, paid social, SEO, programmatic, affiliates, and retail media, as well as oversight of the project management function.
Transmission, a creative production agency, has appointed David Williams as its new Head of Production. In this role, Williams will oversee production operations and lead key client accounts across branded content, commercials, social, and digital campaigns for global clients. Prior to his role at Transmission, Williams served as Inizio Engage XD’s Senior Producer/Director for almost three years, where he worked across the likes of AstraZeneca, GSK, and Capgemini. Before this, he was at Logitech working on producing content across live-action, stills, animation, social media, and digital.
Headless CMS platform Contentstack has announced Josette Leslie as its new Chief Financial Officer. She replaces David Overmyer, who is retiring from his executive role and continuing to serve on Contentstack’s Board of Directors. Leslie will report to Neha Sampat, Founder and CEO of Contentstack. Leslie, who previously spent seven years at Squarespace, most recently served as CFO at CAIS. She has also held roles at Affinity, E*TRADE Financial, and Instinet. Leslie also serves on the Board of Directors of Women in Innovation.
IDHL, an integrated digital marketing agency, has announced the appointment of Rachael Higgins to the newly created role of Head of Performance Media. Reporting to the Managing Director of IDHL’s Performance Division, Ian Lloyd, Higgins will be responsible for driving the evolution of the IDHL’s performance capabilities across paid media channels and will lead a team of Paid Media Technical Account Directors. She will focus on developing and implementing unified search and paid media strategies for IDHL’s clients. And will take the lead in harnessing the ongoing innovation within Google’s paid media ecosystem – particularly across areas such as Performance Max, AI Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, AI-driven Shopping, and Web to App strategies. Higgins most recently served as Paid Search Partner at Dentsu. Prior to this, she held senior positions at iProspect.
Digital marketing agency Climb & Conquer has announced the hires of Chris Ellis as Head of PPC and Phillipa Collins as Key Account Manager. Ellis brings 15 years of PPC expertise to Climb & Conquer, with previous roles at Beaverbrooks and Hippo Motor Group. Collins joins after 14 years at agencies including Visualsoft and Communicator. She oversees key accounts, including Own Furniture, Haddon, and Mallet London, and partnerships with agencies where Climb & Conquer offers white label services. Anna Tsagkari, PPC Executive, and Josh Baker, Klaviyo Executive, have also joined the team.
