Brave Bison has appointed Romi Hirani as Project Director within its Commerce division. Reporting to Al Ward, VP of Commerce at Brave Bison, Hirani’s appointment strengthens the company’s retail and digital transformation capabilities as it expands its portfolio of commerce clients and continues building delivery excellence across multi-brand environments. She joins from Malaberg, a D2C brand group specialising in health, wellness and nutraceuticals, where she was Senior Programme Manager. Hirani has also led large-scale digital and omnichannel programmes for major retail names including Currys, River Island, Burberry and Selfridges, as well as projects for Harvey Nichols, Ted Baker, Smythson and iD Mobile.
Criteo (NASDAQ: CRTO), a global platform connecting the commerce ecosystem, has announced the appointment of Edouard Dinichert as Chief Customer Officer, effective December 1, 2025. In this role based in New York City, Dinichert will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Michael Komasinski and will lead global sales and operations for Criteo’s Performance Media business. He will focus on accelerating growth and strengthening commercial excellence, while ensuring that client success remains central to Criteo’s approach. Dinichert brings more than 20 years of industry experience leading global revenue organisations that bridge creativity, data, and performance.
Creatorville, the original video studio within SWNS Media Group, today announced the appointment of Jon Eastman as Creative Director. Eastman joins to lead Creatorville’s next phase of growth, driving innovation across original digital formats, publishing, and audience engagement. With more than twenty years’ experience in award-winning video and digital strategy, Eastman brings a rare combination of editorial rigour and digital-first creativity to the role. He joins from The Times, where he served as Director of Video, overseeing content across YouTube, TikTok and The Times & Sunday Times’ digital platforms. Previously, as Director of Digital Video at Future Studios and a long-standing collaborator with Barcroft Studios, Eastman helped define the modern landscape of social documentaries and branded digital content, developing hit formats for Channel 4 Digital, Truly, Marie Claire and other global brands. At Creatorville, Eastman will lead the creative vision and output across new formats and partnerships, building on the company’s mission to superpower brand growth through original video.
We Are Social, the socially-led creative agency, has appointed Lucie Torcikova as Head of Design and Content in the UK. Torcikova will be responsible for leading and growing the agency’s design and content teams, continuing to raise industry standards for social-first design. She will oversee We Are Social’s content production, pushing the boundaries of crafted social content creation across a client portfolio that includes Carlsberg, Lucozade, adidas and more. Torcikova will report to the agency’s ECD, Simon Richings, and she will join its leadership team. She joins We Are Social from Leo Burnett London, where she was Creative Content Lead.
PwC UK has announced the appointments of Rob Banham as TMT Industry Leader and Warren Tucker as Technology Sector Leader, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to supporting clients across the rapidly evolving technology, media, and telecommunications landscape. Rob Banham, a Consulting Partner with over 25 years of experience, began his career at PwC as a graduate trainee and rejoined the firm in 2006. He has led major transformation programmes across the TMT sector, helping organisations redesign business models and implement innovative technologies. In his new role, he will lead PwC’s efforts to help Technology, Media and Telecoms clients drive sustainable growth and achieve their full potential. Warren Tucker is a Partner and previously led PwC’s UK Cloud, Digital and Engineering businesses. Since joining PwC in 2014, he has helped organisations modernise operations and accelerate growth through digital and cloud technologies. Prior to PwC, Tucker spent 16 years at a global consulting firm, where he served as Managing Director of a specialised TMT business unit. In his new role, he will lead PwC’s firmwide business across the UK technology sector, working closely with Rob and with our broader Alliances team.
