Criteo, a commerce media platform, has announced the appointment of Wilfried Schobeiri as Senior Vice President, Head of Product, Performance Media, reporting to Chief Product Officer Todd Parsons. Schobeiri will lead Criteo’s global efforts to accelerate the evolution of its performance media offerings into a full-funnel, cross-channel, self-service platform. Prior to joining Criteo, Schobeiri served as Chief Technology Officer at Ogury and Banyan. He also held senior roles as SVP and Chief Product Officer at Revantage. Earlier in his career, Schobeiri served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer at MediaMath. He continues to lend his expertise as an advisor to adtech and data companies, including Ocient, Ergatta, and Truthset.

Media research business Kantar Media has appointed Constance Emmanuelli to its Global Executive Team, effective September 1, 2025. In her new role as Executive Managing Director, Emmanuelli will lead Kantar Media’s businesses across France, the Nordics & Baltics as well as TGI in the UK, Ireland and Central Europe. Kantar Media’s Managing Directors in these markets will continue in their post – now reporting directly to Emmanuelli. She joins from McKinsey & Company, where she is currently a partner leading the Private Equity and Private Investment Practice in France. She also plays a senior leadership role in both McKinsey’s Financial Services as well as Consumer Technology and Media Practices, advising clients across the media, entertainment, and advertising ecosystem.

Outvertising, the advertising industry’s volunteer-run LGBTQIA+ advocacy group, has announced the  appointment of four new members of its management board. Caroline Sajas (she/her) and Hannah March (she/her) join as Commercial Co-Directors, Kush Shah (he/they) joins as Events Co-Director, and Dan Cox (he/him) takes over as Chief Operating Officer. Sajas and March bring a wealth of commercial experience and leadership to the board, joining to help Outvertising scale its commercial offering, secure partnerships with agencies and brands, and develop new revenue opportunities. Shah will be working alongside the existing Events Co-Director to curate and deliver Outvertising’s year-long events programme, including its annual flagship conference, Outvertising Live. Cox will oversee the delivery of operational strategy, internal collaboration across teams, and facilitate the success of strategic initiatives and governance as the organisation continues to grow.

Click Consult, an SEO and PPC digital marketing agency, has announced the appointment of Adam Culkin as its new Digital Strategy Director. In his new role, Culkin will be instrumental in leading Click Consult’s strategic direction, ensuring the agency continues to deliver results for its clients in a continuously evolving digital marketing landscape. In his two decades of experience, Culkin has held senior digital roles at agencies such as Stickeyes and IPG Mediabrands.

Life sciences marketing agency Ramarketing has announced the appointment of four senior leaders to strengthen its integrated strategic offering. Trevor Pill joins as Client Services Director alongside Ben Quigley and Marjory Chiyesu, who step in as Senior Commercial Managers. Earlier this year, Dolan Desai also joined the agency as Chief Operating Officer.
