Callum Powell appointed as Head of Brand PR & Influence at M+C Saatchi Talk
Communications agency M+C Saatchi Talk has appointed Callum Powell to the newly-created role of Head of Brand PR & Influence.
The role will bring earned storytelling and creator culture closer together at the agency, strengthening its ability to deliver culturally relevant work that puts clients at the centre of meaningful conversations.
Powell brings with him 14 years of experience spanning global agency and in-house roles. Most recently, he was Global Business Director at Ogilvy, where he led global and EU brand PR for the Coca-Cola sparkling flavours portfolio. Prior to this, he was at L’Oréal, leading communications for brands within the luxury professional products division.
At M+C Saatchi Talk, Powell will lead the strategic direction for major accounts, scale the agency’s creator-led offering, and further integrate brand PR and influencer marketing capabilities. He will work across clients including Formula E, Revlon, and Burberry Beauty Global, and will report to Amaya Alvarez, Managing Director.
Booking.com’s Eve Henrikson to join Kingfisher Board of Directors
Kingfisher, the multinational parent company behind B&Q and Screwfix, has announced the appointment of Eve Henrikson to its Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director, commencing on 1st September 2026.
Henrikson is currently Senior Vice President of Trips at Booking.com, overseeing global teams including strategy, commercial, product and technology. She was previously Regional General Manager for Uber Eats and has also held roles at Tesco, including Managing Director, Online.
Eve is also Non-Executive Director at Sonae, a Euronext-listed portfolio business, and holds an MBA from London Business School.
In addition, as of 1st April 2026, Bill Lennie has been appointed as a member of the company’s Remuneration Committee, while continuing as a Non-Executive Director of the Board.
Multiply Media Group appoints Elie Hajjar as Chief Operating Officer
Dubai-based out of home advertising organisation Multiply Media Group (MMG) has appointed Elie Hajjar as Chief Operating Officer (COO) as the group accelerates its expansion across regional and international markets.
Hajjar brings more than two decades of experience in the Out-of-Home (OOH) sector to the role, having previously held several senior positions at JCDecaux Middle East, including Managing Director, where he played a key role in driving market growth across the region.
In his role at MMG, Hajjar will lead the group’s operational strategy, with a focus on building a more integrated, agile, and performance-driven organisation, and will oversee the optimisation of operational frameworks across markets.
Independent marketing agency CEEK brings in Caroline Mercurio as COO
Independent marketing agency CEEK has appointed its first Chief Operating Officer, Caroline Mercurio. A senior global marketing and commercial executive, Mercurio has more than a decade of experience driving high ROI and growth for global brands, building and leading high-performing teams, and developing innovative strategies across digital and traditional marketing channels.
Mercurio previously held senior roles at Jump 450 Media, part of Omnicom Media Group, where she rose from Acquisition Manager to Senior Growth Marketing Director and finally Head of Agency during a 4-year tenure. As Head of Agency, Mercurio oversaw more than $20 million in monthly media investment across 40+ global clients including Tesla, l, Virgin Group, Gap Inc., Coach and L’Oréal.

Born Social promotes Alex Green to UK Head of Growth as agency strengthens new business strategy
Global social-first creative agency Born Social has promoted Alex Green to Head of Growth (UK) as the agency strengthens its UK new business strategy and deepens its collaboration with parent company Croud in response to increasing demand for broader, cross-discipline briefs.
Green steps into the role following a series of UK and US wins for the agency in which she has played a central role. Having spent a decade at Born Social, most recently as Business Director, she has led some of the agency’s biggest pitches and accounts, including growing the Diageo partnership from a single brand into a multi-brand, multi-market portfolio.
In her new role, Green will bring together Born Social’s UK new business pipeline and lead end-to-end growth strategies. She will also work closely with Croud’s Chief Growth Officer, James Wilde, on shared pitches and projects, as briefs increasingly span multiple disciplines.
Manchester-based nutrition brand Warrior appoints CTI Digital founder to advisory board
CTI Digital founder Nick Rhind has joined Manchester-based sports nutrition brand Warrior as part of its first advisory board, alongside former CTI Commerce Director Ian Cassidy, who joins as Chief Technology Officer.
The KBF Enterprises-owned brand has also appointed Chris McLaughlin (ex-St Pierre Groupe, Kellogg’s) as Board Advisor, adding further experience in scaling consumer brands.
During his time at CTI Digital, Rhind grew the business into one of the UK’s most respected digital agencies, leading it through significant organic and M&A growth before securing private equity investment. With more than 20 years’ experience supporting high-growth companies, he is set to help guide Warrior as it continues expanding its international presence.
The appointments come as Warrior continues to build momentum across both retail and digital channels, with its products stocked in major UK supermarkets and the business expanding rapidly in the growing Creatine category.

North East-headquartered performance marketing and analytics agency The Digital Lighthouse has added to a growing team with the appointment of client-side ecommerce specialist Carley Bolam as Paid Social Manager.
Prior to joining The Digital Lighthouse, Bolam held social media and ecommerce marketing roles at women’s fashion retailers Dress Me Zee and Pink Boutique, as well as other consumer-facing operations like LeoVegas and My Pay Weekly.Â

Heather Payne joins Immediate as Chief Technology & Product Officer
Immediate has announced the appointment of Heather Payne as Chief Technology & Product Officer.
Payne joins Immediate from Toast91, a social impact start-up she co-founded to provide young people facing abuse, mental health challenges and other life struggles with easier access to digital support.
Prior to this, Payne had held senior roles at DMG and Sky, as well as working as a consulting CTO/CIO advisor and executive coach, supporting scale-ups, founders and boards on technology strategy, platform design and operating model transformation.
Working closely with Immediate’s Product and Tech leadership team – and in partnership with its Brand, Commercial and Central teams – Payne will continue to develop Immediate’s digital products and capabilities to drive audience growth through increased use of data, personalisation, and new products and services.
Payne takes up her role on Monday 13 April and also joins the Immediate Leadership Team.
Neverland appoints Bill Murphy as Head of Strategy
Independent brand strategy and creative agency Neverland has appointed Bill Murphy as Head of Strategy.
Murphy has been with the agency since mid-2025, joining as Group Strategy Director, and has quickly become a central figure within Neverland’s strategic leadership. He has played a key role in a number of the agency’s recent new business wins and in expanding the breadth of the agency’s work with Rightmove and Age UK.
Prior to joining Neverland, Murphy spent more than nine years within the TBWA network, including four years based in New York with TBWA\Chiat\Day. During this time, he worked across major North American and global brands including launching Hilton’s first global brand platform and campaigns for GSK, PepsiCo and TD Bank.
Murphy will report into Neverland’s CSO Laura Kinzett, and will support her on developing Neverland’s strategy team as well as working to extend Neverland’s brand strategy offering.
