Hawk DSP appoints James Fenn as enterprise business director

Azerion’s Hawk DSP has appointed James Fenn as enterprise business director, as it expands its senior UK team.

Fenn joins from Yahoo, where he led the client direct team and most recently relaunched its independent agency group. He has almost two decades’ adtech experience, with previous roles including senior agency lead at Verizon, AOL and senior account executive at Microsoft.

At Hawk, Fenn will develop direct relationships with advertisers and enterprise clients, as well as independent agencies in the UK, with a focus on the company’s programmatic omnichannel offering.

Reward appoints Matthew Keylock as Chief Data & Analytics Officer

Reward has appointed Matthew Keylock as Chief Data & Analytics Officer. He will lead the company’s global data, analytics and insight capabilities, building on its transaction and behavioural intelligence to develop customer insight, personalisation and targeting.

Keylock joins from Mars Petcare, where he was Global Chief Data & Analytics Officer and built and led its global data and analytics function. He has also held senior global roles at Yoox Net-A-Porter Group and dunnhumby, bringing almost three decades’ experience in data, analytics and AI.

He will join Reward’s Executive Committee as the business develops its data, technology and intelligence proposition and expands internationally.

Crossmedia reshapes senior leadership team

Crossmedia has appointed Ali Plonchak as Chief Growth & Corporate Strategy Officer, a newly created role bringing together new business, marketing and corporate strategy. Plonchak has been with the agency for more than two decades and was previously Chief Operating Officer.

She will lead new business and marketing, while shaping Crossmedia’s strategy around new capabilities, strategic partnerships, market expansion and future investments.

The agency has also expanded Bobby Singh’s role from Chief Financial Officer to Chief Financial & Operating Officer. Singh, who joined Crossmedia in 2025, will oversee the financial and operational framework, including how the agency plans, invests and scales its business globally.

DMA appoints Michael Sturrock as Director of Policy and Public Affairs

The Data & Marketing Association (DMA UK) has appointed Michael Sturrock as Director of Policy and Public Affairs. He will lead the association’s lobbying work and engage with governments on data and AI policy.

Sturrock returns to the DMA after five years as a political aide to former SNP Westminster leader Angus Robertson. He previously worked in public affairs at the DMA during the Brexit negotiations.

His remit includes the DMA’s UK policy work and its representation through FEDMA, the European trade body for data and marketing. He will also work with the DMA’s Scotland Council on data and AI campaigns.

In Marketing We Trust hires two senior Expedia search executives

In Marketing We Trust has appointed two senior search executives from Expedia Group: Oscar Carreras as SEO & AI Search Director, EMEA, and Ronan Yvenou as Product-Led Growth Director (Enterprise SEO & Data Platforms).

Carreras has more than 19 years’ experience in enterprise SEO, digital strategy and AI-driven search. Based in Spain, he will lead enterprise SEO programmes across EMEA, overseeing strategy, cross-functional delivery and growth for enterprise clients.

Yvenou, based in France, has more than 15 years’ experience in enterprise technical SEO and has led search programmes across more than 100 websites and 50 global markets for Expedia Group. He will focus on helping enterprise organisations address technical SEO challenges through a product-led approach, including indexation, crawl optimisation, site architecture and internal linking.

BCS Consultancy appoints Steve Sutherland as Head of Digital, AI & Data Strategy

BCS Consultancy has appointed Steve Sutherland as its first Head of Digital, AI and Data Strategy. The new role will focus on developing the consultancy’s digital, data and AI capabilities.

Sutherland has nearly two decades’ experience across market research and financial technology, including roles at PayPal, TrueLayer and Brite Payments. He has also worked in solutions architecture, sales and marketing, and has built AI tools and applications.

He will lead BCS’s internal digital and data transformation, identify opportunities to apply AI, streamline business processes and improve collaboration and client-facing tools. His remit also includes assessing technologies such as computer vision, data integration and automation for use in project delivery.

RealityMine appoints Soumya Bijjal as Chief Product Officer

RealityMine has appointed Soumya Bijjal as its first Chief Product Officer. She will lead product strategy and the development of its behavioural data product portfolio.

Bijjal brings more than 20 years’ technical, programme and product experience, including roles at Nokia, Nordea and SSH Communications Security. Most recently, she was SVP of Product at Aiven, where she led a 150-plus-person product, engineering and design organisation.

RealityMine has also appointed Paula Iddon as its first Chief People Officer. She will be responsible for attracting, developing and supporting talent as the company expands.
