Talent Tracker: NewGen, Ozone, Limelight Inc. and more

Social-first creative and creator agency NewGen has made a series of new senior hires.  Sam Coleman joins as EMEA Managing Director from his previous role as SVP and Managing Director at The Fifth.  Sacha Morelle moves across the agency as France Lead, having previously been an Account Director at NewGen’s New York office.  Also joining the agency is previously freelance Executive Producer, Madeline Martinez, who has worked with the likes of Netflix, BBC, Virgin, Google and YouTube. Following the agency’s strategic focus on expanding into US markets, Simon Yoxall joins as Managing Director, US, having previously worked at Iris U.S as Managing Director. 

Ozone has appointed Mabroor Ahmad as Publisher Development Director. Ahmad joins from Onetag, where he served as Supply Sales Director for EMEA, driving the growth of supply partner networks across the region. He brings over nine years’ experience in ad tech, including senior publisher development roles at LoopMe and EMX Digital, and previously worked across both the buy-side (Rocket Fuel) and the agency side (at Mindshare Worldwide). In his new role at Ozone, Ahmad will strengthen publisher relationships and spearhead initiatives designed to expand the value of premium digital media. His remit includes the continued growth of Ozone’s global publisher portfolio. 

Programmatic platform Limelight Inc. has appointed Jez Fawcett to the role of Global Head of Product, with responsibility for leading the company’s product strategy and roadmap. Fawcett will work across all Limelight teams to determine priorities for customer success, sales and marketing, aligned to the company’s Go-To-Market plan for market and sector growth. He will develop and implement new products that will enable Limelight to successfully navigate the next phase of its growth – informed at every stage by the needs of customers. 

Digital out-of-home company DOOH.com has announced the promotion of four senior team members to Managing Partners, marking the next phase in their transformation from UK market leader into a global performance-led powerhouse in digital out-of-home. From 1st October 2025, Patrick Wall, co-founder and formerly Creative Technology Director, Steven Dennison, formerly Creative Business Director, Thomas Stimson, formerly Production Director, and Daniel Cheetham, formerly Creative Innovation Director, all will take up their new positions as Managing Partners. Over the past three years, DOOH.com has more than doubled in size, both in terms of revenue and the number of dynamic campaigns delivered. Today, 10% of all WPP Media OOH campaigns are powered by DOOH.com’s dynamic capabilities, making them some of the most effective campaigns in the UK. As Managing Partners, the four will continue to lead their teams operationally, while expanding their focus to strategic growth, global collaboration, and advancing the effectiveness of client campaigns.

Mistplay, the pioneer of play-and-earn in the rewarded ad space, has announced the appointment of Sampsa Jaatinen as Chief Data and AI Officer. With more than 20 years of experience applying machine learning and advanced analytics to business challenges, Jaatinen will spearhead Mistplay’s data science vision to develop AI-driven solutions that deepen player engagement, optimize publisher outcomes, and unlock new growth opportunities. As a founding member of Unity Technology’s Data Science Team, Jaatinen brings deep expertise in scaling ad networks, predictive modeling, and automated decision-making systems. At Mistplay, he will focus on further innovating on the company’s data foundation, optimizing personalization and recommendation systems for players, and advancing predictive tools to help publishers acquire and retain high-value users more efficiently and effectively. His leadership will also guide Mistplay’s continued investment in ethical AI and data governance as the company continues scaling globally.
